Highly recommend Dr Nyugen. She was patience and through with the eye examination. The receptionist were very helpful and friendly too. The waiting area is small so preferably to arrive only during your appointment slot.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience I had when calling your office to book an appointment .
The person who answered the phone was unprofessional and rude. From the start of the call, she spoke in a condescending tone and seemed uninterested in helping me. When I provided my insurance information, I asked if my visit would be covered. Instead of giving a clear response, she replied with, "What do you mean?! You didn't hear me?" in a very dismissive and annoyed voice.
I was taken aback by how I was spoken to and felt disrespected. I told her I didn't appreciate the way she was talking to me and that I was no longer interested in booking the appointment.
As a potential patient, I expected a basic level of courtesy and professionalism, which was unfortunately not met. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as first impressions matter and can impact people's decisions to seek care at your office.

Be aware: My wife was told that our insurance would cover her annual visit at this clinic. She was quoted $190 as the amount after insurance. Thinking that was high I checked with our insurer, it turned out that EyeCo is not affiliated with them--despite EyeCo listing our insurer as accepted on their website! My wife really liked this place, but it's hard to trust an establishment that misrepresents what insurance they accept. This lack of transparency and honesty is very disappointing.

Called and spoke to the doctor about setting up an appointment for today. Was quoted a time 2+ hours later so I said I'd call back. I called back and when asking questions about the different exams and what I was quoted at Walmart vs what Costco was quoting me, the doctor told me to just go to Walmart "since it's just $10" and hung up in my face. I wasn't concerned about the cost, I was trying to determine which exam type I needed. Would not recommend solely off the fact that the DOCTOR was extremely rude.

I went to this eye clinic for a contact lens exam, but the front desk told me I had to do both a glasses and contact lens exam together. This didn't seem reasonable, as these are usually separate services. I've had contact lens exams before without needing a glasses exam, so I was disappointed by their policy. If you only need a contact lens exam, I recommend checking with them beforehand to avoid unnecessary charges.

The Office was clean, state of the art machines, and at a very reasonable price. Thank you again everyone for helping me at such short notice.

Deegan Eye Care is the best eye doctor I've ever been to. They are friendly, efficient, up-to-date, affordable, high quality and just really good at what they do. They are also the only eye care doctor open on Sunday, which was how I found out about them when my husband had an eye emergency on a Sunday. They were so much better than my larger, unorganized, and more expensive eye doctor (where I would spend about 3 hours for a basic appointment, with most of that time spent waiting) so I knew immediately that I was going to switch. When I went for my appointment, I had a zero wait time and was seen immediately. I was in and out in under an hour. Their office may be small, but they are so much better than the competition. They give first rate personal service and I love Dr. Deegan, she is wonderful! They also have all of the latest technology, so you're not missing anything that the "larger" guys offer. I would highly recommend Deegan Eye Care, they are fantastic!
