Eyediology Eye Care

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Ruba Amad at Eyediology Eye Care for almost a decade, and she continues to exceed our expectations at every visit. She truly listens, answers all our questions clearly, and always takes the time to make sure we are comfortable and well-informed. The entire Eyediology Eye Care team is incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely customer-service oriented. From the front desk to the exam room, everyone is professional, welcoming, and efficient. We highly recommend Dr. Amad and her wonderful staff to anyone looking for exceptional eye care.

Mixed experience. The opticians in the back were professional and helpful, but the front desk/sales side felt very sales-focused and not very transparent. I paid about $250 (with insurance) for reading glasses, and the lenses felt very generic and low quality -- honestly comparable to inexpensive drugstore readers. When I asked what company made the lenses and what AR coating was being used, they avoided giving a clear answer and just said it was a very durable "rock" coating - reputable labs are usually proud to name their lens brand. I was never given an invoice with detailed lens information, just very basic credit card receipt. A few months later I had to replace the lenses due to glare and reflections, and paid another $250 to replace lenses with coating. Yes, the new lenses are much better, but I wish there had been more transparency about lens brand, coating, and quality from the beginning.

I love this place and I highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a great doctor and staff to care for your eye needs. From Makenzie scheduling the appointment to the sweet tech (I didn't get her name) to Dr. Amad who was so professional and really listened to me share about my eye issues. Everyone was awesome and I look forward to going back again. I really loved the latest equipment this place. Please come by and visit them.

Dr. Amad is very thorough and caring. She, along with all of her staff, addresses all of my concerns and helps me understand what each image and screening is for and what they look for. I love that I feel empowered regarding my care.

Inviting, kind and professional. I have unique eye issues and Dr. Tracy Thai was able to address my concerns. I received a very comprehensive exam and Dr. Thai explained every result clearly and concisely. I felt very 'seen' given the current atmosphere in healthcare where you are made to feel like just a number. I am happy to have Eyediology Eye Care and Dr. Thai as a partner in my continued eye health journey.
