Dr. Kvoor has a real passion for his patients. Never rush appointments. Dr. Kvoor is very compassionate, and also offer encouragement. Listen to my concerns, and always have an open policy of communication. His staff is second to none.

I am so happy that I ended up going to this location and seeing Dr. Timmy Kavoor. My eye appointment appointments had been canceled at two different locations without any other explanation and I had made those appointments up to six months ahead of time and I was really frustrated, But when I called in to the main number, I was told that there was a doctor closer to my home that had availability and I'm so glad I made this appointment because from the moment of check-in the Katy Medical Center is sort of in no man's land near Katy Asian town right off I-10 and 1-99 And it was easy to find, and there was plenty of parking. I walked in and check-in folks were professional. The nurses were kind. Dr. Kavoor Listened intently and understood my needs & my concerns. He explained the state of my eyes really well & gave good solid background and helped me understand. And he's got a high degree of empathy. I'm definitely gonna recommend him to all my friends. The only thing is I arrived at 9 o'clock for a 9:10 AM appointment and I did not see Dr. Kavoor till 10:25 I think, But again, I had to have my eyes dilated and wait. It wasn't anything major because the interaction and appt was worth it

I call so many times and never get to speak to someone. I'm prompted to leave a message, and nobody ever calls back. I have to call obsessively at all times of days, and nobody calls back. I guess I have to drive all the way over there and talk to them in person. During past couple of appointments, Dr Khalil is incredibly rude and impatient with my father who has dementia. I would rate this clinic zero stars if there was the option.

All the good reviews are lies. Literally will not return BECAUSE OF THE RUDE WOMEN IN THE FRONT. She needs to be fired. She was disrespectful from the start. Did day hello or anything. Please go and spend your money elsewhere. ANY PLACE IS BETTER THAN THIS PLACE.

Large, waiting area, Location is very easy to get to. The staff are so nice. As well, the doctor is very knowledgeable and takes time to consider all things possible. He is truly concerned about your particular problem. He is not pushy. I had a wonderful experience

I took my 6-year-old daughter to this place for her first eye exam. The optometrist checked her and gave her a prescription. When we got her new glasses, we noticed she still couldn't see well. They checked the glasses, and the prescription was correct, so we went back for another consultation. However, the optometrist refused to examine her again and just told us that she would see better in about six months, that it was just a matter of time.
Even during a quick test they did, it was clear that my daughter could see better without the glasses than with them. We even asked what would happen if we went somewhere else and got a different prescription, and they insisted that wasn't possible -- that they were right and it was just a matter of time.
We ended up taking my daughter to another place where the treatment and exam were completely different, and the new prescription was very different too. When we tried to request a refund for the first exam and consultation, they refused.
So, I do not recommend this place. Even when I tried to schedule a second check-up with them, they refused to see her again.
