Katy Vision Center

We are new to the area, so we were a little hesitant about choosing new doctors. From the moment we walked into the office, we felt completely at ease. We were greeted warmly, the staff was prepared for our arrival, and the check-in process took less than five minutes. Throughout the appointment, everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. Dr. Brown was incredibly patient and took the time to explain each step of the exam to me, my husband, and our 11-year-old son in a way we could all understand. She made sure we knew what she was looking for and what she found, which we truly appreciated. When it came time to choose glasses, the staff member who assisted us (I wish I remembered her name!) was wonderful. She walked us through what our insurance covered, what our out-of-pocket costs would be, and helped us understand our lens options without feeling rushed or pressured. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. We felt welcomed, informed, and well cared for. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great eye care provider. Dr. Brown is amazing! I have been following with her for the past two years now. She helped refer me to a lasik center and has been helping me with my post ops. She is great about answering questions and is extremely thorough. She is also so sweet! I love her personality! Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Dr. Brown as an eye doctor. She is professional, focused, and helpful--truly a sight for sore eyes. She helped me see things clearly and made the entire experience eye-opening. Dr. Brown went above and beyond by taking the time to thoroughly explain the health of my eyes, showing me exactly what she was seeing and answering all of my questions with care and patience. She made me feel completely comfortable, heard, and at ease, creating a space where I felt confident speaking openly with her. Her attention to detail and genuine concern made it clear that my eye health was truly in good hands. From start to finish, the experience was clear, reassuring, and refreshingly positive.

Literally cannot recommend Dr. Truitt & the staff at Katy Vision Center enough! My 3-year-old was starting to squint, so we brought her in after doing lots of research on the available options in Katy. Thank goodness we found Katy Vision! Dr. Truitt took her time testing our girl's vision and constantly took time to explain every step of the process to her. When it was determined that she would need glasses, Dr. Truitt took the time to explain what the glasses would do, but that there was nothing "wrong" with her & she was perfect the way she was made. It is so RARE to find people like this anymore & I am so thankful we did! Our girl is excited for her glasses. Thank you, Dr. Truitt, for your genuine care! You have made us a life-long customer of KVC.

I recently moved to Katy and needed to find a new eye doctor. I visited Katy Vision Center and was extremely pleased with the personnel and the doctor. She took time to get to know me and what I might need for my eye health. Thank you to everyone for making me feel comfortable and at home.

Professional staff very knowledgeable, Dr Truitt got me back seeing in high definition . They have nice new advanced equipment. Courtesy called me prior to my appointment. I exam was fast but I did not feel rushed .

I am very, very happy with the way I was taking care of at Katy Vision Center today. The ladies behind the front desk were very polite as was Jessica, the technician that did some of the testing procedures on my eyes. Dr Brown continued the exam and explained everything on my level and I could understand how my eyes were doing. Dr Brown also recommended some things I can do and eat to help maintain the health of my eyes. Dr Brown is awesome!

Fantastic experience at Katy Vision. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional, and I was seen right at my scheduled time. This has been our vision provider since we lived in Katy; even after moving to Magnolia I still choose to come back. Dr. Truitt is highly professional and a warm, clear communicator--highly recommend.
