I had a great experience with Katy Vision Source, and I especially want to recognize Madeline C. She was kind, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions, which really put me at ease. It was clear she genuinely cared about providing excellent care. Because of her attention and professionalism, the consultation felt smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the level of care I received.

I absolutely loved my experience here. I was the last appointment yesterday, and Rokaya was the first to attend to me and get me all set up for Dr.Land to see me. Rokaya was sooooo pleasant, very sweet, held a great convo, made me feel so comfortable and most of all was extremelyyy patient with me and kept telling me to take my time (even though I knowwww they wanted to go home already, I was rushing myself because I felt bad, but she assured me to take my time). Dr.Land was also so kind, pleasant and jolly even if it was the end of the day. Maddie and Aliya were also there at closing and not once did they make me feel rushed, in fact they were trying to be so patient and helpful with me in my decision making and seeing how they can ensure giving me solutions. I drove an hour & 15 minutes from my office in the Galleria area just to come to this location and honestly I'm so glad I did. Thank you 4 ladies so much for taking care of me. Also, LOVED the cleanliness of this office. Not to mention the chic look.

I had such an amazing experience thanks to Maddie, the optician, who truly went above and beyond. I've worn contacts since a very young age and recently purchased my very first pair of glasses -- progressives at that. Maddie took the time to thoroughly explain how progressive lenses work and even showed me a visual demonstration of what I would be seeing through the lens. I have never seen anyone take a Sharpie and physically map out a progressive lens on glasses to give that kind of real-life understanding. It made such a difference and completely eased my nerves. When I came back to pick up my glasses, she stopped what she was doing to explain everything all over again without hesitation. Each of the three times I've been in, she has greeted me with "hey friend," and walking into a medical setting feeling like you're seeing someone you've known forever is truly special. The entire process was a breeze, and I'm so grateful for her patience, knowledge, and genuine care. The doctor I saw, Dr. Land, was also very sweet and made the visit even better. I will absolutely be recommending this place to anyone who needs eye care. Exceptional service all around!

This was the best optometrist I've been to in years. Aliya was absolutely phenomenal in assisting me with navigating so many obstacles. They are very friendly and go above and beyond to provide you with an amazing experience.

I came here for over 2 years and loved it originally before they switched to Vision Source. Now that I'm back for my 3rd annual eye exam, I am planning to never come here again. My appointment was scheduled for 3:40pm. I was not called in until I spoke with the front desk and told them I have been waiting for over 45 mins. Ridiculous wait time, which shouldn't be the case if we already have a appointment in advance.

Shout out to Maddie and Kayla, who provided outstanding customer service from the moment I arrived. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they made the whole process feel effortless. It's clear they truly care about the customer experience. I really appreciated their positive attitude and attention to detail. Thank you both for making everything so easy and pleasant--great job!
