I had such an amazing experience at this location thanks to Alejandra. She was incredibly patient, helpful, and so sweet from start to finish. She took her time helping me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and made sure I understood all my options without ever making me feel rushed. Her customer service was truly outstanding, you can tell she really cares about helping people feel confident and comfortable. I walked out loving my new glasses and feeling taken care of. If you visit this location, definitely ask for Alejandra. She's the best!

The store manager was great! He helped me until the end of his shift and then one of the other ladies helped me pick out lenses for the frames that I chose. They were both very helpful in explaining my options and advising me on those. Very happy! Now to wait for completion and pickup the end product. Pay raises for everyone!!

I waited 2 weeks and 2 days for a response concerning when my grandson's glasses would be ready for pickup. The store' response to two previous calls fro me assured me that the glasses would be ready on 2/24. I called on 2/24 and after being told there was a problem getting the lens, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager returned my call stating that she'd reached out to the lab and the glasses would be available by 2/27. On 2/27, I get a call from LensCrafters's stating that the frames were unavailable and offered another pair of frames they had in store in which I declined and stated that I'd be in the store for a full refund .What bothers me the most is that I was the only one reaching out and never once did store employees reach out to the lab to inquire about the glasses until after I kept calling and inquiring.
I've bought 2 pairs of glasses from UV LensCrafters's and each time, the glasses were there for pickup within 8-10 days. I'm
not sure who dropped the ball on this pair but I will not buy any more red glasses from LensCrafters nor refer friends again to this location.

SHOUT OUT TO ALEJANDRA !!! I called to clarify some questions about my insurance and prescriptions. She was very patient, listened to each question without talking over me like unlike what people do these days.
