It was a sunny afternoon and I was in need of a pair of brand new contacts. Thankfully, I ended up at the right place! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by such friendly people -- especially Cara, the store manager, who made everything easy and fast. She runs the front like a pro -- welcoming, organized, and somehow keeping everything moving smoothly. 10/10 service right from the start. Shoutout to Dr. Lee Nyok as well, who made the eye exam surprisingly enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the classic "better one or better two?" test feel way less intense than it usually is. I didn't feel rushed, and he made sure everything was just right before sending me on my way. Overall, such a smooth and positive experience. I walked in needing new contacts and walked out seeing the world in HD. Highly recommend -- I'll definitely be back!

Wonderful experience! As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted and attended to. The two ladies at the front were super helpful and incredibly kind. I had a couple of concerns about my glasses that I got at another location, and the doctor was very patient and took the time to really understand what I was dealing with. I had such a great experience here and I'm so happy I found this location! 10/10!

Great customer service from Cara. She reviewed my benefits and explained them to me. The office was clean and organized with many frames/styles to choose from. Picking out frames was painless and all the options for my lenses were explained in detail, and I was in and out quickly. Price was also very good, and with 25 years wearing glasses MyEyeDr is now my new place for glasses. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. I went to three different optometrists and this was the one that gave me the most help regarding pricing, insurance and overall attention. Cara did a perfect job when it came to helping me get the best price through my insurance. Can't recommend enough!!!!

I had a great experience at the My Eye Dr in Cinco Ranch. Dr.Patel was very thorough with my exam. Cara and Amy were so sweet and helpful . Veronica helped me pick out my glasses, shes amazing! She knew exactly what matched my face shape and I have a compliment just about everyday on how cute my glasses are.

Every single one of the ladies in this office is PHENOMENAL! They're all so kind and patient with you, and Dr. Patel is absolutely fabulous. Cara also helped me to set up an appointment for my husband to come see Dr. Patel as well and was so kind while helping me check out insurance benefits. Definitely recommended anyone who needs to get their eyes checked to come see the team at Cinco Ranch on Westheimer!

I had a pretty disappointing experience at this optometrist's office. After paying $500 plus insurance, the initial exam felt rushed, and the progressive glasses they gave me just didn't fit my needs--especially for computer use. When I returned a few months later, the only person who was courteous was the receptionist. The rest of the staff wasn't very accommodating, and they wanted to charge another fee for a re-exam instead of really addressing the issue. Overall, I can't recommend them and hope they improve their service in the future.
