My experience was excellent from start to finish. Yami, the eye care coordinator, was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process. Dr. Jessica Vein was exceptional--she took the time to thoroughly explain my eye health in a way that no previous eye doctor has. I truly appreciated how detailed and informative she was, ensuring I fully understood everything about my vision and eye care. The entire staff was professional, kind, and responsive. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for attentive care and a friendly, efficient team.

The staff here is amazing. Easy to schedule my appointment online with the flexibility to reschedule per your needs. Staff is really friendly from the moment you walk in to the time your appointment is over. I would 10/10 recommend this location to any one. Wide selection of glasses to pick from. They can see patients as young as 5 years of age.

Excellent experience with this office. I brought my elderly mother. The staff was friendly, prompt and communication was outstanding. The optometrist was very thorough and we never felt rushed. She answered our questions in full with patience and kindness. We will return!

The team at this branch of MyEyeDr is truly excellent! The technician is great and Dr. Jessica is thorough and patient. The general manager, Stephen, always provides top notch customer service and even bailed me out of a serious jam by working some *major* magic getting a pair of broken frames serviceable again! I've gotten great deals on prescription glasses and sunglasses, so I appreciate that the value matches the service. Highly recommend this group!

Had a disappointing experience at this store. I came in to purchase new eyewear ,the lady at the front desk was courteous and promptly took my insurance details, but after that, the service completely fell short. I was referred to another representative to finalize pricing for the frame I had already chosen, but ended up waiting more than 40 minutes while the rep stood idle behind another customer who was looking at all the frames and showed no interest in helping me. They should at least be courteous enough to give customers an ETA or communicate the delay. This is the second time I've faced a similar situation here. the customer service is consistently poor and the staff clearly don't value customers' time or business. Definitely not coming back.
