Every one of the staff was helpful and friendly. They have a process that works great. After the initial tests, the doctor came in for my check up. Very friendly and genuinely interested in my issue. It happened to be a torn Retina. It needed to be repaired before it got worse and I could lose eyesight in that eye. The doctor said they could do it in his office right away. The staff numbed me up, explained the procedure. The doctor came back walked me through the process and repaired the tear. I was amazed that he could do it right away. I'm thankful that I was referred by my Ophthalmologist. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

Let me just start by saying " I love this place!" Dr. Rao was heaven sent for us for our son. I am so grateful doctors like Dr. Rao decided to take in the challenge of pediatric retinas! Our son has battled a detached retina from a trauma injury and just when we were defeated and overwhelmed we were sent to Dr. Rao. We know this journey with our sons Retina is a marathon but having an amazing physician that truly cares, just wow, feels amazing. Not only is Dr. Rao amazing, her entire staff is just as amazing! From Christina, Wen, Patrick, the receptionist and the technicians that help do the drops and the vision test, they all show so much patience and are super friendly with kids! I definitely recommend Retina & Vitreous of Texas!

I had a very wonderful and comforting experience here. Starting with Front desk, whom was so very welcoming and pleasant.
All the staff was personable, charismatic and and accommodating, explaining every detail to me regarding my visit.
Dr. Chang himself, was also personable, professional and very patient, explaining the results of my exam and gave me best advise on how to proceed forward, and he kindly saw my a second time immediately, because I forgot to ask him a question.
The office is very clean and modern. I definitely recommend this facility and Dr. Chang. Thank You!

Thank you for a pleasant experience. From the moment my son and I walked into the office, we were welcomed and made to feel like we were more than just patients. Every test was explained before hand, so we felt very informed. Dr. Rao, took her time explaining results and treatment plans with us, and addressed all of our questions and concerns.
