I had a great experience at Walmart Vision Center, thanks to Mita Gandhi. She was extremely helpful and well-informed about the products, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Her patience and polite attitude made the whole process very comfortable.
Mita also provided excellent service and showed strong sales skills without being pushy. She was genuinely helpful and guided me to the best options, including thoughtful recommendations for upgrades.

I had an excellent experience at the Visual Center. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Hava was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient, making sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable throughout the process. This Walmart Vision Center has plenty more options than the ones I previously visited. Upon arrival I was quickly greeted and offered assistance by the lovely staff members here. While I was browsing their selection, they regularly checked on me to see if I needed any assistance or recommendations which was really nice. They really let you take your time to figure out what you want and when you need their help, they are there to assist you right away. I was serviced by Mita who really took her time to carefully explain the process and gave me lens options based on the activities I use my glasses for. When I went to go pick up my glasses, I was serviced again by Mita who allowed me to try on my glasses to ensure that the frames weren't too loose or tight, and if needed could be readjusted. Overall throughout this process Mita was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend coming here to get your glasses done as Mita has done a great job, but all of the staff members here are wonderful as well!
