Had been coming to Dr. Wishnow for 15 years. Dr. Wishnow and Sayed are fantastic, however the office has been sold to PE and customer service has gone to complete trash. The receptionist is terrible, and there is zero want to help customers. Will unfortunately be finding a new eye doctor

When I was trying on glasses I had put my own glasses down of course and the woman "helping" me decided to adjust my glasses without asking me and she TOTALLY RUINED THEM! I was so shocked I had to leave and it was so difficult to see to drive home. Beware!

I have been coming here for a few years and have never had a bad experience. From the time I walk in the door at least one of the staff greats me by name. They are patient and very diligent. The wait time is minimum. Dr. Wishnow make a boring eye appointment fun. He makes sure I understand the changes to my eyes and vision. They have a great selection of frames. Again they take their time to make sure I am happy with my selection. No pressure sales. They take pride in their work and provide outstanding customer service.

Long time patient came in for yearly checkup checkup also had left eye infection. He prescribed ointment ointment and heat mask it is cleaning up after a couple days the staff is great they listen

The office staff is exceptionally polite and positive, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. I was greeted with a warm smile, and during my eye exam, I was addressed by name and guided through each step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed. Dr. Mathew was extremely pleasant and took the time to help me understand my vision needs for new glasses. Additionally, the staff assisted me in selecting the perfect pair, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I love my new glasses--I can see clearly again! This will definitely be my primary eye care provider.
