Kind, prompt, and competent staff! At every stage, they kept me informed of all my options and corresponding prices. They were able to make me new lenses for an old pair of frames that are no longer sold. The frames were returned in a BETTER condition than before. The turn around was extremely quick. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend!

The front desk staff, Doctor, and Optician I worked with were all kind and professional. I really appreciate all of the various technology they've invested in, and they have a great selection of frames. Shout out to Kylan who I worked with most, he was especially easy to talk to and he answered all my questions.

Great experience from the moment you walk through the door. I was greeted by a very friendly and polite staff. They helped explain everything to me. The optometrist was great and very knowledgeable. They have a big selection of glasses to choose from. I will definitely be a return customer. ***UPDATE*** I contacted Eyecare of Lehi within their allotted timeframe (60 days) to let them know that my daughter changed her mind on the glasses that she chose and we wanted to get them swapped out. I hadn't yet picked them up at this time. The office manager was extremely rude and already in a bad mood. She told me that I should at least have my daughter wear them for 2 weeks and then if she is unhappy, they would look at returning or other options. I let her know I didn't wan to do that since my daughter already said she doesn't want to wear them. She said the optometrist was out for the weekend and she would give him the message to call me back. Of course, I never received a call so I called back two weeks later to find out what the status is. They said that they would not refund me and they are not going offer any solution for some odd reason. I still don't understand why wouldn't honor their own policy after spending $300 on glasses. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I will never come back. Be warned!

I have keratoconus and I've gone to three different offices for scleral lenses. Dr. Gray (both Robert and Collin) and the team at Eyecare of Lehi know this condition better than ANYONE and truly understand how life-changing scleral lenses can be! I can't thank them enough for their attention to detail, empathetic approach, and undeniable expertise. Highly recommend this office!

I had been using the same contacts for years which consisted of two different prescriptions as my eyes are very different from each other. After the exam, I was asked if I wanted to try a different brand, which I thought, sure why not. After receiving my newly ordered contacts, I noticed that they were the same prescription for each eye, leaving my right eye with a noticeably weaker contact lense. I noticed that there was advertising all over the office for this particular brand that did not make contacts in a high enough prescription as other brands that I used beforehand such as Acuvue Oasis. I find this incredibly deceptive as I was not informed that my prescription was being made for contacts that were far less effective, instead, only asked if i wanted to try a different brand without any acknowledgement that my vision would be impacted. After a long conversation about the situation. I was offered no remedies other than paying for an entire new exam and prescription in order to get contacts that actually correct my vision. It is very frustrating and deceptive knowing they wrote an inadequate prescription, ordering a year worth of contacts only to find out they will not correct my vision nearly as well as the brand I was pushed away from. I will not recommend this business to anyone

SUPERB! Dr Shaffer & Dr Gray, as well as, the office staff are excellent! If you are suffering from DRY EYES do yourself a favor & come here FIRST! They have gone above & beyond to provide me with multiple solutions for my dry eyes. I'm so grateful for the care I have received!.

1st time here - Was referred by Dr Waite from Waite Vision. If you need help figuring out what insurance works best for Keratoconus. Lisa, is the go to person! She helped me get the right insurance to help cover my very expensive contact lenses. Dr. Gray was very helpful and quick in knowing what to do with helping me see again with Keratoconus. I use hybrid contacts. Overall, team has excellent service and Dr. Gray helped me see again. Will be coming back for a very long time! Thank you Eyecare of Lehi!!

Incredible experience! Prior to my appointment, I received a call explaining what my insurance covered. She then told me how much it would be for the exam. Which I loved! Dr Collin Gray is knowledgeable, and helpful. The staff there were very kind. They even helped me pick which glasses looked best on me. They went above and beyond, I highly recommend going here.
