Every person I've interacted with in this office were so pleasant and kind. The doctor was excellent, well mannered and he ensured I have the correct prescription that is comfortable for me. They were very accommodating to my 2 month old infant who I had to bring for my appointment. He slept on my chest while they did the exam. Unlike other eye doctors, he gives a 2 year prescription. So I have the option to use it for 2 years if I don't feel any change in my vision. I used insurance and they ensured I get the most out of my insurance based on what I am wanting. I didn't feel rushed when choosing my glasses. They were accommodating and answered all my questions. Highly recommend

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff who guided me through my testing explained every step patiently and clearly. Dr. Pickering was wonderful and easy to work with and very attentive to my comfort. The front desk team was incredibly helpful, assisting with insurance and helping me choose the perfect new glasses. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole experience seamless. Even as I left, they addressed me by name, making me feel truly seen and cared for. I will definitely continue coming here!

When I moved to Lehi I had to find a new eye doctor. When I walked into the office, I knew I made the right decision. When you walk in all the front desk people and the person who goes over your pricing, sizing your glasses are so friendly and helpful. They make you feel like you have been with this eye doctor for years. The eye doctor also makes you feel welcome and answers any questions you may have. I can't say enough of the staff and doctor.

Due to some not eye-related health issues, check-up was hard for me to get through & got overwhelming. I'd been there many times before & they were still kind, quick, efficient, & the process was the same. Generally speaking, I've no issue referring someone there. Issue was my current state didn't match up well with the process & I don't know enough about optomotry to know how to advocate for myself or if anything could be done differently that would also get them needed info. Best interaction was with the lady scheduling/taking payment at the front desk before I left (I'm terrible with names): remembered me, my health & how that'd impacted some things, & other details about me including wishing me a happy late birthday (It'd been 1 yr so super impressive). Recognition, not needing to explain/attempt to (which can be hard), etc after I'd had a rough time was so sweet I almost cried. Felt like an individual person. The score isn't because anyone was mean or bad at a run-of-the-mill eye exam. Just need to figure out how to meet in the middle in a newer/different situation than what either of us is used to. (wasn't all bad either, they gave short clear instructions, everyone was fine with my speech impediment & the doctor did answer my direct questions I could piece together & get out) Follow-up may help if trouble with specific parts of the exam is noted/expressed: asking what part of the assessment is difficult & the provider using their knowledge of their field to help brainstorm if there's another way to approach it so it's more manageable/successful for both parties. (vs getting so used to doing the same thing all the time it becomes reflexive, like when a line cook adds something you requested withheld because it'd been the same so much so often it's more fighting muscle memory than them not listening, which I totally get is hard not to fall into. I've done it myself) For my part, now that I know which things can be problematic, hopefully I can at least plan ahead & communicate better about how/when I get stuck the next time.

Extremely professional and friendly service. Would not hesitate to recommend Lehigh vision care to all of my friends in associates. Completely answered all of my questions and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I had to find a new place due to insurance, and my old dr. highly recommended Lehi Vision. Office staff was very friendly, as was the young lady who did my initial testing. When the doctor checked me he instantly found a problem in my eyeballs which we are addressing. When it came time to pick out my new frames the entire office was in on it! It was such a fun experience, and I love my new glasses

I come to your office often and i am always treated with kindness and understanding . I tell all of my friends and family that Lehi Vision Care has the most loving staff of any office ive ever been in. .... and unfortunately Ive been in more doctor offices than most people . Because i come to this office in groups of 8 appts. , multiple times a year, i know this staff is very genuine and friendly every single time.

Young lady that did the beginning tests was sick. She was coughing the entire visit and is very close to you while preforming the eye tests. Having staff performing eye tests when sick is a real issue. Doctor was great though!
