Tldr; Be prepared to shell out money and time even with insurance. Observed 2 separate insurance holders run into issues, 1st was "wrong insurance" and 2nd was "it will take awhile to lookup". 95 dollar deal only applies to the most basic lenses - not even UV or anything else included. Any add-on triples or quadruples pricing. However, their people are great and very helpful. Not sure what the eye health screening was for since I never received the report for eye health even though it was an add-on for 20 bucks. Long: I found the staff, both sales, intake and the optometrist to be very professional and efficient. The intake process was fairly smooth for non-insurance holders. 95 dollar deal applies only to specific frames with a blue sticker. Any add on of any kind (UV, anti-glare, transitions) seems to multiply the final price by 4. Marketing seems deceptive. The funny thing is in the paperwork they caution not adding on UV to lenses will cause cataracts. Update from 28th February: after now spending almost 8 hours across several appointments at this branch, I can observe several things that elevate the rating above their competitors. As said before the customer service experience is really good - they have the right subject matter experts to get contacts in. Which can be tricky with youth. But they are great at it. However, what keeps the branch from being great on the surface is the deceptive pricing. But after a call from corporate - I have this feeling that they are more interested in continuing current practices for the profit margin than to truly make changes to their marketing practices (surprise surprise). This makes for an impossible problem when customers ask about pricing. From a service standpoint, the in-person experience was 5 stars. Their people who really stood out were Monica, Sabine, and Stephanie. They are an incredible team and took care of the whole evolution- prescription w/doc to frame/lens delivery to contacts for our family.

Would not recommend this location. The tech that does the eye exam connection with the doctor takes forever. Waited an hour to be seen. Then stepped out because it did not seem would get seen. Came back in 15 mins and was told they waited for me for over 20'mins and had to go on an hour lunch break and would not be back . This location has no respect for patient's time. The appointments are VIRTUAL and I guess run by a tech. Would NOT recommend. Will NOT be renewing my membership or doing any business with this location. The checkin lady was very nice but otherwise would NOT recommend this location. Save yourself time and energy and go somewhere else

You have to dig to get any form of information from the staff. You have to go get their attention in order to get any help. They have no motivation to do anything as far as customer service goes. One staff member even welcomed one of their own employee not realizing it wasn't a customer. That's how much attention they were NOT giving. I had my eye exam here but I will not be buying any lenses or frames from them. My visit was on Nov 29th 2025

Not a good option for high-prescription glasses. The high-index lenses were bulky, the frames arrived damaged, and customer service was poor. I would suggest going to LensCrafters or warby Parker next door instead.

George did an amazing job fixing my glasses! He handled everything very professionally and with great attention to detail. I'm really impressed with the quality of his work and how quickly he was able to get it done. My glasses feel as good as new. Highly recommend his service

The staff was so friendly and professional, they got my glasses right the 1st time and even got them a few days earlier than expected. At a price in my range, with service far beyond what I paid. Love being able to see clearly and I will be using them again!

This place is amazing.Very efficient,professional staff.Extremely caring staff,from the person at the desk,the Dr. And everyone that works in the facility.I am very impressed and grateful for their kind and individual attention to their customers. Their professionalism certainly stands out.In this age of modern technology and AI,rather commendable.
