Novaeyes

I was really happy to see Dr. Cho at Novaeyes, he was so nice and the eye exam went very well for me. Thank you, Dr. Cho and staff!!

Great experience for a walk-in first timer. I had hoped to buy the glasses from them but had to go elsewhere. Walmart gave me wrong info re my insurance. But NovaEyes is it!

I have been going to Novaeyes for years! Dr. Cho is a great doctor. He is a good listener and answered every question that I had. In the past I was having difficulty using my contacts and reading a computer screen. He helped make an adjustment that that solved my problem. I highly recommend this business!!!

I really enjoy working with Dr. Cho, he always special orders me a good amount of contact samples. That is very helpful considering my prescription is very high. Dr. Cho is very patient, courteous and polite. I would recommend him to anyone.

I went on a Saturday. I was late for my appointment and they graciously fit me in after only a 15 minute wait. The office staff was friendly. The optometrist explained clearly what she was doing, I think it made more sense than ever before. My only minor complaints were that they didn't show me the photos of my retinas. I might not have understood much from seeing them, but I would have wanted to. I didn't think to ask at the time. Also they didn't record the distance between my pupils. I was able to do that easily enough for myself, and if I"d bought my glasses in person the optician could have done that.

The doctor was wonderfully kind and professional. He made me and my wife comfortable and then provided a thorough eye exam. His staff was warm and made us feel welcomed.

Great experience! Stopped by to make an appointment, they had an opening right away, but I wasn't quite ready (had a cart full of groceries) so I booked one for the following afternoon. After filling out paperwork for first time appointment, I had my first battery of procedures, which took no more than 5 minutes, then a few minutes later got to see the doctor, who measured my vision and ran another set of tests. My insurance covered everything but a really small co-payment and I walked out with my prescription for glasses, news that my conditions were controlled, and a great experience overall. Very well recommended.
