I had my eye exam yesterday, and the entire experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The exam itself was thorough and efficient, and everything was explained to me clearly at each step. I felt completely comfortable and confident that I was receiving excellent care. The doctor took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood my results. The level of patience, kindness, and expertise was outstanding. I left feeling well taken care of and very satisfied with the service. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eye care. Wonderful team, great service, and an overall excellent experience!

I visited this clinic for an eye exam and was very disappointed with the overall experience. Although the doctor completed the exam and provided a prescription, there was no explanation of the results. During the testing, I was told that my right eye was weaker, yet the prescription appeared to indicate something different. When I asked for clarification, I was simply pointed back to the prescription, as if the staff were too busy to answer basic questions. My daughter also visited this facility and had the same experience. She was shown her prescription, but when she asked questions, she received no explanation and was again directed only to the prescription, without any meaningful discussion. Additionally, the front desk and reception staff were rude and dismissive, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Patients should not be made to feel as though they are an inconvenience for asking questions about their own eye health. An eye exam should involve more than just issuing a prescription -- patients deserve clear explanations and respectful communication. I chose this clinic based on its positive Google reviews, but after our experiences, I seriously question their authenticity. It is difficult to understand how so many positive reviews exist when patient communication and care are lacking. I would not recommend this office to anyone who values professionalism and proper patient care.

Dr. Gedamu and his staff are attentive, knowledgable, and patient-focused. They provided a thorough eye exam, informing me of costs for optional tests to inform my decisions, provided a detailed summary of my results, and were tireless in training me to insert and remove my contact lenses as a first-time wearer.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Gedamu for over a decade, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the care we receive. He is always professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Dr. Gedamu conducts very thorough eye exams and takes the time to identify the causes of any eye discomfort. We truly appreciate his dedication and highly recommend him.

Dr. Tewodros Gedamu is very professional and thorough--my vision test and eye exam were handled with great care. When I returned for a second visit without an appointment, he kindly welcomed me, rechecked everything, and explained it all clearly, giving me peace of mind.

Very good appt/exam. Answered a lot of my questions about dry eye also. Will be returning as usual.
