It was my first time getting glasses and Denise and the whole crew were so amazing! They didn't rush me and explained everything, every step of the way. Denise was very patient and made sure to answer all of my questions. Prices were great and she made sure to get me the best deal by seeing what my insurance could cover vs. their offer. It took few couple tries and a phone call but they were so patient in hearing our concerns and then in helping us in ordering and purchasing the right glasses. I had such a great experience at LensCrafters in Fair Oaks Mall. Kiny assisted me during my visit and she was truly wonderful, warm, professional, and incredibly kind. She took the time to help me find the perfect frames, and her patience and attention to detail made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. The store itself has an impressive selection of styles to choose from, which made shopping fun and stress free.
I also had my eye exam with Dr. Idriss at the adjacent eye clinic, and she was absolutely fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
Overall, between the excellent service from Kiny, the great frame selection, and Dr. Idriss's expertise, this was one of the best optical experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for top notch care and service.

I had a disappointing experience with the manager, Denise. I received a detailed quote and invoice in advance for a specific frame and prescription lenses, and I went to the store after my eye exam to complete the purchase and provide my prescription.
At that time, I was informed that I would not be allowed to keep the original lenses from the frame, despite paying full price for the frame and separately for the prescription lenses. This condition was not stated in the original quote or invoice and was inconsistent with my prior experiences at other LensCrafters locations.
When I asked for clarification, no clear explanation was provided, and my concerns were not addressed before the request was ultimately refused. This resulted in a confusing and frustrating experience. I expect clearer communication and more consistent handling of quoted purchases from LensCrafters management, and I hope this location's practices are reviewed by corporate.
