We had a great experience with Dr. Anh Nguyen. I brought my daughter in after noticing increased blinking and she was incredibly kind patient and thorough while checking for possible causes. She made my daughter feel comfortable right away and what stood out most was that we never felt rushed. She took her time explaining everything clearly answering all of our questions and making sure we felt reassured before leaving. The front desk staff was also very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend especially for kids.

Dr. Anh Nguyen and the entire team at Fair Lakes Optometry provided excellent care! Before our first appointment, I communicated with Sarah multiple times regarding our child's myopia management and later for rescheduling. She was consistently patient throughout our interactions. We then reached out to Dr. Nguyen for guidance about the recently FDA-approved Essilor Stellest myopia-control lenses. She responded kindly and addressed our queries. Upon arrival, we were greeted with courtesy at the front desk by a staff member (apologies for not noting the name), and the initial tests were conducted patiently without rushing. We then met with Dr. Nguyen. She conducted detailed eye exams, taking the necessary time, and prescribed the Stellest eyeglasses. She discussed available myopia management options with us. She also took the time to explain everything and answered all our questions with professionalism. Highly recommend Fair Lakes Optometry located at Fair Lakes Shopping Center for their excellent, professional service, a knowledgeable doctor, supportive staff, and truly patient-focused care!
