Greenbriar Vision Center

I had an amazing experience at Greenbriar vision center! Initially, my prescription was incorrect, but they were incredibly flexible and got me the glasses with my correct prescription without any hassle. When I received my glasses, they were scratched, but the staff was very understanding and promptly replaced them with new ones. Throughout the entire process, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Even though I live far from this place, it was worth driving all the way here. I highly recommend this place for their excellent customer service and dedication to getting things right!

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful, however when Dr. Marotta performed my eye exam, she mistakenly added a 1 on my axis. This caused me to return a pair of sunglasses because I was under the impression that the store (LensCrafters in Potomac Mills is GREAT!!) incorrectly applied the prescription - it was not the store, it was Dr. Marotta's lack of attention. Overall, choose another optometrist. Don't waste a month of your time with this business.

I moved recently and made the mistake of going to an America's Best to get my eye exam, but they got my script very wrong and now I have new frames that I paid for but can't use. I'll never cheat on my optometrist again, this location is the best place for eye exams! Always very punctual and getting my new prescription has consistently been a smooth process, which I apparently was massively taking for granted.

Lady at the front desk is very unprofessional and they bill you extra. The front desk ladies are not welcoming, and are impatient while explaining prices/insurance deals. I repeatedly get different information from each worker. Very frustrating and unwelcoming,

Greenbrier Vision is wonderful place and has a great atmosphere. From the moment you walk into the office the front desk staff warmly greets you, they are prompt, organized and friendly. I saw Dr. Church and can't say enough great things about her. She creates a warm and inviting environment, making sure you feel comfortable and relaxed, she spent plenty of time with me explaining everything in great detail, I had lots of questions, but she was very patient. The final person to put the icing on the cake was Anita, she was juggling 5 other patients and not once did I feel like I was being ignored, she is beyond pro! She is extremely personable, and wants to ensure you like your glasses and they fit perfect. She stayed late for me and a few others, making sure everyone was taken care of. This place is the real deal, the whole package, the friendly feeling of a family owned business without losing the professionalism and maintains a high level of quality and skill. You should certainly try them out!

I've been coming here since I was a child. Everyone here is very professional and helpful. I have since moved to another state but still come back for exams and to refill contacts/order new glasses. I will keep coming back as long as I am able to!

The appointment was easy to make, and the front desk was friendly. I saw Sandra M. here and she was surprisingly accurate with my contact prescription. She recommended a pupil dilation at some point, but didn't push it. She answered my questions satisfactorily. The whole process was smooth. I highly recommend Greenbriar Vision Center.

Today when I went with my 13yrs son, they said I have to stay outside the room due to covid and 1 patient policy. If I want to see and listen have to stand outside the room as the door will be open. While in another room the doctor was with 3 patients, when I asked why is that different, the front desk girls said all three in the family here are for a check-up. If it's a 1patient policy even if it's a family of 3 patients how is this an exception. I felt purposely they did this to me not treating them well. Felt they treat people based on their looks. Minor without the parent is not advisable. Maybe they need to mention or publish this on their website and see how their demand drops. Also, there are not wiping anything before and after use but following 1 patient policy for a few as per their wish. This is my last visit and will not recommend it to anyone. Giving one start as it didn't allow me to post. If somebody can tell me how to give a negative start please do share.
