Today was my second time walking in to get my glasses adjusted. Both times the associate that helped me was superb. I've had the same pair of glasses for over two years, and they constantly are falling off my face. Today, the associate that helped me suggested that I replace the nose pads, which solved the problem! Even though this would take him longer he took the time to really help me. I have gone to other locations and never have experienced this level of customer service. Next time I need a pair of glasses, I will definitely go to this location.

I had a great experience with my eye doctor at Mosaic. The staff was friendly and professional, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. The appointment was smooth, efficient, and I felt well cared for throughout the visit. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care.

Dr. Dharbi was really great. She is super nice, knowledgeable, very efficient but also takes time to listen to your concerns. My appointment was taken on time so that's great too! The glasses frames options are okay; I'm not sure if my style doesn't match their selection, or if they have boring options, but I was eventually able to find something to fit my style.

A few years ago, I went to this location to see Danah Harbi, OD, after my previous optometrist left MyEyeDr. My glasses came out terrible, and I had to return multiple times for adjustments. During the eye exam, she made me read lenses that didn't match my prescription. The letters were too dark or overlapping to read, and when I tried to explain, she rudely told me not to explain and just read. While the store has a good selection of glasses, I will never return to this location because of the unprofessional optometrist.

Great location and staff. Dr. Harbi was very attentive and thorough. Melissa helped my with picking out my frames and she was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location.

Good services, understand if you don't want to get new frames and don't push. Minus 1 star for the *overpowering* perfume/air "freshener" placed in *every room* of the facility, why?! (Is your store over a sewer line or something? I don't need ultra-perfume to pick glasses!) I've mentioned this to them for *years* with no result.

My insurance recommended your office for my eye exam. I scheduled the appointment online and, when I arrived, I presented my referral and the screenshot of the confirmation. However, I was told that the appointment "was not in the system" and I was not seen, even though your sign outside says you accept walk-ins. I scheduled a second appointment and once again I was not seen because I was told the doctor was not there that day. Then I had to wait another week and a half because the doctor was on vacation. Today, on my third visit, I was told that you do not have the proper equipment to treat me and that I need to go to another location on another day -- and this is without ever having seen me as a patient. I have now waited an entire month for a basic service, with no assistance or appropriate solution provided. This is my first and last time coming to your office. The lack of organization, communication, and respect for the patient's time is unacceptable.

I'm not sure where to begin with the poor customer service or how dirty/unpresentable this location is. I walked in just browsing for a new pair of frames and it took about 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Then I just helped myself to trying on different pairs of frames, the mirrors and glasses were so filthy and dusty you can tell the store isn't well kept. Then after I continued browsing the lady that was supposed to help me stepped out for over 30 minutes to take a phone call that a gentleman ended up assisting me. I found a pair of frames finally and was ready to just place my order and leave. After my order was placed I was told it would take no longer than a week. Well, two weeks later and my frames still have not arrived and when I called to ask for an update I was told that my frames were back ordered, I expressed that I will be traveling and needed them asap or for them to be canceled so I can go elsewhere to get my glasses, the lady then told me she will call me back with an update before the end of the day and I heard nothing back. Strange that I had to call to receive this update and no one thought to contact me regarding this and still didn't call me back. This is my second time visiting a my eye dr and this location has completely ruined it. Highly recommended LensCrafters! They also have in store labs where you are able to have your glasses in hand within hours.
