Definitely don't recommend going here. Waited 1 hour to get called in just to get a mediocre assessment of my issue which was only 5 minutes with no follow up 1 week later Dr Bella was unclear and seemed like she was in a rush she didn't seem to care about the patients. Avoid and go elsewhere.

I've been seen here for almost 20 years, and let me start by saying the nurses and doctors/PAs are all top notch. I love my amazing PA Kelly Mitchell- (and before her, Dr Saba, also amazing). I stay because of the doctors. The office management and culture has really deteriorated over the years though. Today the receptionist loudly used the "F" word in front of the entire waiting room. The lab tech and receptionist openly argued in front of patients, and the receptionist loudly chastised another staff member in front of patients. Complaining, blaming, directing, bossiness, and rude nit-picking, and negativity is all I overhear from the staff. I don't think I would like to work here! The wait times are also always at least 30 minutes pst our appointment times, with a cramped waiting area. We used to be able to wait in our private exam room for our labs but now we have to go back into the waiting room again, for another 10 minutes wait. They also always play a stressful conservative news channel in the waiting room; every time I've been there, all of us in the waiting room comment to each other on how negative the station is and how stressful the news is. The patients I wait with always seem to share my discomfort. I've never been to a doctors office that plays news let alone conservative news. It's clearly not for the patient's benefit. A trip to the rheumatologist is now very stressful, long, loud, and very uncomfortable. Im considering switching offices because of all of these issues. We patients often have serious conditions and require a low stress, calm, and compassionate environment. We deserve better.

Dr. Bella Patnike is an outstanding physician.

Dr Kung is both thorough and efficient in his examination. He goes above and beyond in patient care and is a great addition to this practice. Highly recommend asking for him for any eye issues you may have
