I didn't initially have a good experience with the pharmacy. However, I want to recognize Richard Friedman, who stepped in and took care of the problem. Because of his help, I feel much more confident about Kaiser Permanente's commitment to customer service. I want to thank, Richard, for turning a negative experience into a positive one.

Eleonora from the vision center at the fair oaks location was absolutely phenomenal! She always goes above and beyond and made sure that I had the best experience at Kaiser. She checked my insurance throughly to ensure that I was getting the best possible deal and was overall incredible! I truly appreciate her level of care and her attention to detail. She is one of the best employees there are and I will be coming back to Kaiser for my eye care. 10/10 experience! Thank you Eleonora and may God bless you.

Saw Dr. Minh-Phuong Lu Doan for the first time yesterday and was very grateful for her reassurance, her calm and her thoroughness in explaining everything to me in detail unhurriedly. I had been diagnosed with four very serious things from an optometrist there a week before which had really put me in a bad place of fear - I had been imagining the worst case scenario of losing my sight and that brought some pretty bad anxiety for a whole 6 days. Dr. Doan investigated all issues and said things were very minimal and the one diagnosis that had really scared me was wrong. Boy, I felt a huge wave of relief! Very grateful for her taking the time to help me understand and her showing me the pictures of what's behind the front of my eyes. Also I've never had a problem with choosing glasses there and am grateful that my insurance benefits fully covered the new pair of reading glasses that I needed.

Dr. Minh Phuong Doan is an amazing, gentle, and very knowledgeable doctor. Dr. Doan performed a YAG surgery on my mom's right eye to correct her vision which she had cataract surgery 5 years ago. During the procedure, Dr. Doan was through, took the time to explain what she was doing and why she was doing to comfort my 87 years old mom. The procedure was completed in less than 10 minutes. Dr. Doan has done wonders with my mom's eyes and she is very happy with the result. My mom is very grateful to have Dr. Doan as her ophthalmologist. Thank you Dr. Doan!

I am deeply disappointed by the poor performance and unprofessional treatment my niece received during our recent visit to the optometrist. Not only was the staff unhelpful, but the optometrist yelled at her, which was completely unnecessary and upsetting. The optometrist's (Anahita Aminshokravi) behavior was both unprofessional and disrespectful, especially considering how anxious my niece was about the appointment. To make matters worse, the optometrist expressed frustration about being busy and mentioned having other patients to attend to, which only made my sister and niece feel rushed and undervalued. Every patient deserves to be treated with respect and care, particularly children who may already feel anxious in medical settings. Unfortunately, this experience was far from that, and I would not recommend this practice based on how they treated my family.

Dr. Minh-Phuong Lu Doan is outstanding opthalmologist. She performed cataract surgery for me mom who has a very complicated medical history. She has a great bedside manner.

Dr. Doan performed cataract surgery on me May 7th. She was very professional and surgery was very quick. She explained step by step what was happening during surgery. This made me very comfortable and relaxed. The follow-up appointment the following day was efficient, fast and all questions and concerns were answered throughly. Her assistant Ed was efficient and has a very kind personality. He always makes me feel comfortable when I have appointments with Dr. Doan.

Had my routine/annual eye exam today. I was taken back 5 minutes before my appointment. The staff was very professional. Dr Healey was a delight. She took the time to explain everything that was going on with my vision.
