Racheal went above and beyond for me! She helped me change my frame's nose pads at the last minute and was incredibly kind and patient the entire time. She even stayed past closing just to make sure I was taken care of. Truly amazing customer service -- I really appreciate her!

Uneducated staff on eyewear at this location . Tyler The store manager sells me a frame that was too small for my prescription. Once that was resolved by escalating it to executive service leadership because regional manager was too lazy to resolve the incorrect lens size for the prescription herself then the issue was staff didn't know how to do adjustments as needed.
I was in the store January 6 for an adjustment. Summit the only employee in the store didn't know how to do the adjustment. I went to American Best in Fairfax and said I was just at vision works in Fairfax and the employee didn't adjust them correctly American best has it done in less than 5 minutes
My bad Experience wirh Vision works was not just one off. I was going there for about 6 months thinking it would change and it hadn't
American Best is the way to go for your eyewear needs!

We were greeted friendly and had appointments ( husband and wife) within 10 minutes. We chose our glass frames while we waited for the eye exam. The doctor had online copies of our last exam in a different state, even. She check and rechecked our vision to insure accuracy.
The staff were able to use the info from our previous glass order and the new prescription to order us new glasses. They were cheaper this year ($100+). Very please. We will use them again.

I've had a very negative experience. I talked to different people about my lenses and they do not put records in the system about status updates and whom I spoke to each time, so I need to start from square one and bring the prescription in in person a second time. Extremely frustrating. Plenty of other options out there.
