I only have the best things to say about their staff. I especially want to mention Sade for taking such good care of my mom, who is hard of hearing and short. My mom is visiting from the Philippines and doesn't have insurance to cover her eye check-up and prescription glasses, and Sade made sure we received the maximum discount possible. She also ensured that my mom's glasses were the best fit, even getting down on her knees to take measurements.
Thanks also to Dr. Mahal--she's super kind, patient, and very thorough.
Thank you to their manager, Zee, for approving all the discounts Sade wanted to give us. We truly appreciate your kindness and pray for continued success for everyone. God bless!

The office team at Visual Health Doctors of Optometry are not professional- they do not disclose all fees until the completion of the appointment. Although Dr. Chhitwal is good though a little rushed, the office team lets this place down. I will prefer a different well rated Eye Doctor's office for my next visit.

My family and I have given this office several chances - and we've come to the conclusion that we are never going back here. They are extremely unprofessional when handling insurance and love to embed hidden fees that they don't mention until AFTER the appointment. The Herndon office is much better, strongly encourage everyone to go there instead. This location is a mess.

I have been meaning to do this review for a couple of days now. Let me start off by saying that I absolutely love this place, the doctor / owner is absolutely amazing. I came in for contacts and he was with me for maybe an hour getting my exact measurements.
I had Lasik done over 10 years ago, and my eyes has slowly deteriorated over the years to now I need to wear glasses and or contacts. Because of that it's very hard for me to get contacts that fit because of the LASIK. The owner made sure I got the perfect fit for my contacts unlike other doctors I have tried in the past. Which I really appreciate, his attention to detail is second to none. He made sure I left his store satisfied.
Now let me talk about Amy, Amy was absolutely AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, very Pleasant and had a good eye for what glasses looks good on my face. She took care of me it made sure all my questions were answered when it came to billing, and general eye info.
I left visual health with a pair of Tom Ford glasses and a 3 month supply of contacts. I did not expect to spend that much, but I am happy with my decision.
As long as I am in the DMV area visual health is where I will go always.
