Warby Parker Mosaic

I've been to this location before and always have had excellent service. The store is bright, clean, and has a wide selection of glasses. Khalil, the associate who helped me, was friendly and helpful and gave me what I really wanted, which was his honest opinion of what looked good. He did a great job and I picked a pair I loved in under 30 minutes while still checking out a ton of glasses. I had a great experience and I can't wait for them to arrive! With glasses I feel you have to try before you buy. So it's nice to have a wide selection you can try on and have help from a professional (and yes, I know you can get 5 frames sent to your house). I ended up with a pair that I love that I know I would have never selected from a tiny picture on the web. Also the staff there is great! So helpful and professional That's why I keep coming back to this specific Warby Parker. Easy parking in the garage behind them also! Great selection, great staff and easy parking! What more could you want? Oh, and Warby Parker will put new lens in your favorite old Warby Parker frames (but only WP frames) at a reduced cost. It was only $60+ something for new single prescription lens in last years frames that were still in almost new shape still.

Warby Parker at Mozaic, VA is a really convenient location with a variety of options and great customer support. They will check your insurance to see if benefits apply. Also, I really appreciated the help selecting frames to fit my face size/shape AND received honest, instant reviews. It is very helpful to know (immediately) if a frame does NOT look good

Paul the senior optician was extremely helpful. We arrived at the store five minutes before closing, and he graciously assisted us in getting new glasses for my daughter after her frames broke. He never made us feel rushed and remained professional throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service--some of the best I've experienced in a long time.

Today I visited Warby Parker in the Mosaic looking for new progressive prescription glasses. I was immediately greeted and felt genuinely attended to. The team was incredibly patient with my indecisiveness, showing me several options and offering thoughtful guidance. Excellent customer service--I would return again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely amazing experience at Warby Parker today -- 100/10! I wish I could remember his name (I'm so bad with names, sorry!), but the associate who helped me was phenomenal. He was incredibly knowledgeable about everything -- from frame styles to colors that complement my skin tone and hair color. As someone with a wide face and a low nose bridge -- features that have sometimes been a source of insecurity for me as a Filipino -- I was so touched by how respectfully and thoughtfully he approached everything. Not once did he make me feel self-conscious. Instead, he made me feel seen and beautiful. He took his time explaining my options, never rushed me, and never pushed me to buy anything I wasn't sure about. He was attentive, patient, and truly listened to my preferences while offering helpful suggestions. I got to try on so many styles that actually fit my face well! I honestly wasn't planning to buy anything today... but I walked out with two super cute pairs of glasses and a year's supply of contact lenses. That's how good the service was. Thank you again -- this kind of care and professionalism deserves to be recognized!

I don't know their names but the two mosaic employees who just helped me were gems!! They went out of their way to help me find frames that fit my face best even if that meant going back and forth on options or digging out secret frames from the back room. They were super cool, thank you so much for your help!!
