Amy at the Falmouth office was very helpful to me when I called Wednesday afternoon Feb 12, 2026. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate and calming to me and I appreciate how she took the time to input the information for our new Ophthalmologist in SC. Amy is an asset to Access Eye on a whole and I want her supervisors and co-workers to realize how awesome she is. Thank you, Faye G. Jennings My husband and I have been "happy patients" with Access Eye on Plank Road in Fredericksburg, Aquia in Stafford County, and also with Access Eye in Falmouth, VA since 2022. Each facility was always clean and the staff members are professional and nice to everyone. Dr. Tadrus is an awesome eye specialist and personable young gentleman, as is Dr. Biscombe and Dr. Mansouri. They are a highly respected and well educated eye specialists and we appreciate the Access Eye team of doctors dedication to helping ease terrible eye issues. Today I brought my father who suffers from Alzheimer's to the eye doctor for a routine diabetic eye exam. My father went to the bathroom and I was in the other bathroom. The ladies in the office made sure my father made it back to his room safely, and that we were reunited before continuing with his care. Tia, who I believe performed a comprehensive eye exam on my dad made sure she left no stone unturned she was very adamant about making sure that he wasn't struggling line for line. She wanted to make sure his vision prescription was correct. I value her for her extra time and attention to detail and understanding of my father's difficulty following some instructions. The patients provided here made it easier for my dad and died to navigate his appointment. Dr. K is wonderful we appreciate the hard work that is done here by the staff. This is truly one of a kind service that you will receive with total care for your Optical health

Chris, Dr. Halepaska, and Denise were the 'triple threat' combo that made my visit a breeze! It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Chris got me set up in record time and had everything perfectly situated for the exam. Dr. Halepaska was a total breath of fresh air--exactly the kind of professional you hope for when you're looking for great service. To top it off, Denise was a treat! She helped me pick out my frames with zero pressure, which made the whole process actually enjoyable. Even the gentleman at checkout was incredibly nice and professional. Access Eye was fantastic in every respect... I can't recommend them enough!

Ms Tia took me back and got me ready for the doctor. She was AMAZING and comforting, especially as someone going to the eye doctor for the first time alone. Such an amazing experience with her. I saw Dr. Taylor Kujawa, and she was AMAZING as well. She explained everything in doctorate terms as well as normal terms to help me better understand my diagnosis and treatment. These two alone make me want to go back and just visit!! Wait time was super short, but even if it was a longer period of time, it definitely would have been from the quality time they spend with their patients to understand.

Dr. Kujawa is UHH-mazing! She listened to all of my concerns with my old contacts and I found a new brand that I love. Entire staff at the Falmouth location are extremely nice! I was in and out for a full eye exam in less than an hour

Dr. Tadrus answered all my questions and offered detailed explanations about possible options for my vision health. The support staff is friendly and helpful at both the reception and checkout desks. The techs were very patient and kind as they performed the tests and took images. Overall, I'm totally satisfied with my experience with Access Eye in Falmouth. They have a great team of professionals.

I had a positive experience with Access Eye for my appointment. I don't like change and when Dr Rowe left it had me feeling some type of way. But when I was called back TIA was the sweetest lady she really put me at ease, she helped me to settle back in and it made the appointment a lot easier.

Dr Taylor Kujawa was beyond amazing. She was professional, competent, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She saw our whole family together which made the experience all the better. She took time to make sure all our questions were answered and that we were satisfied with our treatment. Could ask for a better doctor. Thank you Dr Kujawa!!!
