Access Eye on Plank Rd is an excellent facility. I am impressed with the check in staff, nurses, and Dr Tadrus. Everyone is kind and efficient. Appointments run on time and smoothly and ti felt respected and listened to after a not so great experience at Mary Washington Eye Care Center. I had a chalazion removed by Dr Tadrua and he procedure was done with compassion and care! Highly recommend!

I am Sharon Allen I had cataract removal surgery with unbelievable results! Dr.Mansouri is incredible so gentle and ready to do anything to make sure your experience is easy and pain free. After surgery I developed scar tissue behind both eyes he did a lasix procedure on both eyes and I felt nothing it was great no pain at all my vision is great! The customer service at the Falmouth location is horrendous. Each time we visited, nearly every level of interaction, there were people with bad attitudes. The front desk was the only place that was good every time. The first level of eye care attendants were rude, the people who took care of us looking for glasses in store were rude and short. Every time I've called they've been rude. The level of professionalism in this place, for the amount they charge for everything, is laughable. Far more expensive than places with far better service. Weird place all around.

Their office includes optometrist/ophthalmologist/ medical doctors to handle Eyewear to glaucoma treatment, retina disease and dry eye/other issues. Dr. Matthew Taurus at Access Eye is my provider and should be commended for his caring, comprehensive and insightful monitoring of my condition and potential new issues in my future.
