My initial impression of the building was positive--it was clean and nice, and the self-service kiosk check-in was convenient. The wait time to go back was long, as well as the wait in the back. Make sure you plan a half day here. The technician who assisted me was professional and friendly. Dr. Hayes seemed somewhat friendly; however, I did not feel fully confident in the exam itself. During my eye exam, the machine was frequently not aligned properly with my eyes. I tried to explain this, and while she adjusted it and mentioned that the setup was different from the other exam room, it repeatedly became misaligned again. The exam felt rushed, and the resulting prescription was significantly different from what I've consistently had for years with other eye doctors, which left me uncomfortable. The checkout receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. She did not offer any guidance on where to go to look at glasses and repeatedly focused only on directing me toward the exit. The one standout experience was with the staff member who helped me choose glasses--I believe her name was Susan. She was personable, friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She made the experience much more pleasant and was the only person who made me feel comfortable and well cared for.

I have been to two other places, and this one definitely stands out. From my very first visit, I noticed the excellent service, attentive care, and professionalism of the entire staff. They take the time to perform a thorough medical examination, truly listen, and clearly answer all questions. Today I saw Dr. Hudson, and his compassionate approach and professionalism were just as outstanding. They truly have an exceptional team.

My visit at Sieht and Dr. McGuigan was great, Dr. McGuigan's knowledge and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence, especially regarding my ongoing vision issues. The entire visit was thorough, efficient, and reassuring. His staff was friendly and helpful, and the office was clean and well-organized. You can tell Dr. McGuigan truly cares about his patients and their long-term eye health. I highly recommend Dr. McGuigan if your in need of an Opthamologists.

Doctor Hayes was thoughtful and caring. She came up with a plan A and plan B for my eye issue. She spent time and cared about follow up and helping me get better. It's sad to say this kind of care is rare. I was surprised and grateful.

I have zero complaints! Staff are always helpful and friendly. Dr. Chandler is a gem! They're on time and very thorough. Looks like I've found my permanent eye doctor!

Sheila at the front desk, Kendra the nurse that did all the tests, Brittany that scheduled the surgeries and Dr. McGuigan were polite, professional and provided a great experience. I highly recommend this doctor and this practice to everyone.

The wait was 30 minutes. My dr was good but a little too quick. I'm assuming she was just really busy considering the wait. She was misleading when I asked her about my precise condition for some reason. Medication was supposed to be sent but my pharmacy did not receive it. When I called the office Chastity said they are waiting for prior authorization and to tell the pharmacy to call them. So I called the pharmacy but they were not able to call the office without a prescription. I called the office once again. Chasity refused to do anything about it and I have no idea what to do. I ask to speak to an office manager to see if I can get somewhere with it. I was told the message would be passed on. It's been 2 weeks and I have no heard a thing and 2 weeks without medication. I called in once more and spoke to Rebecca who said they could send the prescription to another pharmacy. Unfortunately they did not have it in stock so I continued to wait. There are alternatives to the medication but Dr. Chandler is refusing to try them. My vision is poor. I have a lot of eye strain and it is hard to get tasks done.
