Highly recommend this place! They have always been caring and knowledgeable. I tore my cornea, 3 times, and each time the took excellent care of me and even helped me to prevent any future tears. At my annual exam they were very thorough and adjusted my prescription, when I didn't even know I needed to. My vision has never been better!

Dr. Lambertson demonstrated excellent care and took the necessary time to assess and recommended a treatment plan that has been very effective in addressing my issues. My appointment request came at the last minute, yet she made time meet with me late in the day. This is much appreciated because of the busy holiday season and upcoming travel.

Definitely disagree with the way Premier eyecare runs its business now. My last visit just recently had me incur over $340 in medical expenses. I went in using my VSP only to find out that my appointment had changed from a standard eye appointment to a medical appointment. I was not told this until I was checking out and that I had to pay the bill in full. this is not how you do business and I do not recommend this company for your eyes. I've requested numerous times for the Office Manager to call me, and now I must resort into finding out who owns the business so that I can get some satisfaction. They are in network for my insurance so what I paid will not be return to me, again do not recommend this new organization

Big shout out to Justin and the other employee who got him for me. I had to get the kids and rush over to get my glasses after crushing mine on accident. I showed up few minutes after close and they were locking up. They opened the doors and got my glasses for me. Thank you so much! Always great service and doctors. Thank you!!!

Dr. Lambert is an absolute sweetheart! She was kind, respectful and patient with our son who is non verbal. Our son wasn't very cooperative but she was able to get his eye exam done. We will be back.

After 20 years of loyalty, it's time to move on.
Dr. Angela Tsai is a wonderful doctor - knowledgeable and thorough, with a great bedside manner. But the office staff (or whoever is running that place now) is absolutely HORRIBLE.
In July I called to schedule an appointment, next available end of August. Ok, no big deal. August rolls around, and they are unable to complete the appointment because of a mistake on THEIR part. Move me to the back of the line, at the end of September. A little miffed, but ok. September rolls around, and they have to move me AGAIN because their office staff is doing "training." Now push me to the back of the line AGAIN at the end of October. I need this appointment in order to complete DMV requirements, with a deadline of the end of October. I'm not willing to risk missing the deadline because of their ineptitude.
Last year's appointment was similar problems, with me showing up for TWO appointments (weeks apart!) only to find out that their equipment was down and no one bothered to tell me.
I'll thoroughly disgusted, as Dr. Tsai is a great doctor. But this is an unacceptable situation and I will be looking for services elsewhere.
