Access Eye

I had a wonderful experience here as a first time patient for an my exam today with Dr. Surkamp. Whitney at the desk was friendly and welcoming. Robert the tech was warm, kind and very nice. Dr. Surkamp was very thorough and took his time to answer all my questions and concerns. I had my baby with me and everyone was very patient and understanding with me coming early to feed him then waiting for me change him. Everyone was very friendly. This was my first eye exam in years and I will be back. I plan on booking my husband's appointment (will update this review when it happens) here and will recommend this place to friends and colleagues. Scheduling was relatively easy even though I had to reschedule a few times and was glad they were able to work with me. I did not buy/need glasses or contacts but I did see the optician that shared the lobby with the office and was also greeted by her as I left. Parking was easy in the lot this building is a medical building with many offices. Easy to find right behind the shopping plaza. Minor complaint but I wish they had a changing table in the bathroom.

Didn't wait at all. Checked in and was seen before appointment time. Chris was awesome and extremely informative as we went through the various processes. He was attentive and answered my dumb questions with a smile. Dr. Tran also seemed very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed a problem I have and suggested practical self-trearment rather than expensive alternatives. Check in and out with Whitney & Angel was pleasant and easy. I don't often leave reviews, but this team deserves 5 stars. I wish all doctor's offices would adopt the same practices & principles as access eye... I won't hold my breath. 10/10, highly recommend.

Saw Dr. Tran at the Cosner's Corner location. Great visit. I always feel like he has my best interest in mind with regrds to my eyecare. He listens, exams, and takes the time to address my concerns. Even before seeing Dr. Tran, Traci, his assistant, spent time doing the same, as she got me ready to see Dr. Tran. She's great. I felt like I was in good hands with her. I truly felt like she also had a genuine interest in my eyecare and was jsut really pleasant and easy to talk to. Overall, a really good experience.

i had a great experience today at the spotsy pkwy location. it was my first eye exam at this practice after having been to several other eye doctors previously. this practice was recommended to me and as my prescription was expiring i called to schedule an appointment as a new client. i was pleasantly surprised that they were able to offer me an appointment within just a couple weeks. when i arrived for the appointment today, every single member of staff that i interacted with was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant, from the very moment i stepped through the door. my technician, renee, stood out as incredibly personable and helpful, answering all my questions as they arose. i've been seeing different eye doctors since i was about six years old and never in the last two decades have i felt so seen by the professionals managing my eye care. concerns i'd had for years that were never adequately answered by previous doctors at other practices were easily answered by the doctor and technician i saw today. i highly recommend dr. bhandari who helped me understand the nuances of my vision and why it functions the way that it does in practice. after i finished meeting with the doctor, jeff helped me pick out a pair of glasses that work for my unique circumstances while remaining well within my budget. i constantly struggle with glasses fit and jeff had perfect solutions for every glasses fit-related complaint i mentioned. i look forward to getting my new glasses once they're ready. i cannot say enough positive things about every member of staff, every step of the way. if you've been searching for an eye doctor that will actually take your concerns seriously, this is the place to go. you can tell these people take pride in the work that they do and it absolutely shows in the quality of care they provide. thank you again to the team at spotsy pkwy access eye !! :)

From receiving the appointment to rescheduling, the representative on the phone was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The whole staff was kind and respectful to my needs. Overall. I had a great visit with each individual that took care of me. Thanks you for your professionalism.

Our family has had wonderful experiences with the care at Access Eye. My husband and son are both patients and see the docs there. Dr Surkamp was very thoughtful when getting my husband a trial pair of contacts to ensure great fit. However, Whitney is truly absolutely the STAR of Access Eye!! She's kind and professional. She's always helped us with any of our needs and gone way above and beyond. For the local staff, I'd give them 5 stars all day long!!! I did give only 4 stars though because of the call center. The call center is impossible to deal with. Absolutely every time I call them, there have been issues that they cannot resolve or they don't know answers to questions or misunderstand what I'm asking. Dealing with them is enough that I would go elsewhere if I didn't know how amazing the local team was. Now when I need something, I either just go out of my way to stop by to speak to local office or call and ask for local office. However, when I did this the other day the call center refused to transfer me. Unfortunately, for this part of access eye - I'd give 1 star. All in all, Access Eye is great but I wouldn't be giving an honest review if I didn't speak to call center. Whitney is phenomenal though! Give her a raise. She always helps us so much!!

Access Eye has been the provider of all thing eye health related for me and my family for years now. Each year they seem to do a better job than the last, the staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I always leave with exactly what I need and my vision is better because of it.

Access eye is wonderful. Dr. Tran is so professional, thorough and very kind. He takes the extra time to explain everything and where I understand it. All of the staff is incredible. Tracy is fantastic and so good at what she does. Always a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.
