My husband and I went for eye exams after not having one in several years. All of the staff were very friendly. Once we were done with exams we got to work with Pedro to finish the process. He was very knowledgeable and helped us the whole way. He answered every question we had (which was a lot), made sure to secure us the best pricing and made the ordering/purchasing process a breeze. Thanks for all your help and we will be back to work with him in the future.

I've been coming to this establishment for a few years now... the past year I've had issues with getting My contact prescription correct....The staff has always friendly But I have felt a bit tossed around Between associates trying to help figure out the best way to remedy my concerns. So I finally requested to speak to management. The assistant manager Amanda, Returned my call promptly to my surprise. I felt as though there for a minute I was playing phone tag with the other staff members that I had spoke with me Prior to requesting to speak to management. They would get my information and promise to reach back out with answers but Never heard anything back. Amanda listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable in answering all my questions. I felt she truly went above and beyond to work with me and the dr to get my prescription adjusted so that I can see clearly!! Saving me from having to make several trips back into the office.

I love this place. I made the mistake of going to My Eye Dr. last time. Not only was the optometrist rude and dismissive but my prescription was way off. Finally came back here after a couple years and couldn't be happier. I've been here a few times over the years and even though it is out of network with VSP; I find that the extra cost is entirely worth it. I have never been pushed to buy anything I didn't want and they've always been accommodating to my budget. I believe the front desk lady I spoke with was Tammy. She is as sweet as pie! The lady who checked me out was Tanea and she was efficient and super sweet! I've always had a good experience here and I'll be sad when I move that I'll no longer be able to go to this location I did want to add that the price shown to me initially suddenly changed when I went to purchase and neither of us knew why that was the case. I removed the extra warranty to get the cost back down but y'all might wanna look into that. It's probably a system issue but it needs to be corrected and also I would hate for the employees to get yelled at and accused of anything.

First I'd like to say that the staff is incredibly nice, kind and friendly. The doctors as well as other staff are have a sunny and helpful disposition. However, they made a mistake with my glasses order which led it to being delayed more than 2 weeks. They didn't call and let me know about this, and when I called to find out they seemed confused and told me several contradictory things. I ended up having to cancel the order and get a refund for the glasses. The workers are nice, but it would be better practice if they were more communicative in the case of delays or order problems.

Such a great experience!! Shawndae was super knowledgeable and helped getting everything finalized! O.D Dristi Bhandari she was great, thorough and highly knowledgeable as well! The lady who preformed my pre-exam, she was also kind and knew her stuff! Great experience from walking in (the receptionist super friendly) to walking out!!

Had a scheduled appointment for my two granddaughters at 11:40 & 11:50. I got to the office at 11:15 because I wanted to be early, just in case I get in early. When I was checked, the woman at the reception desk said being can be a good thing but said nothing about the appointments being already behind. In the front area there were 5 employees counting the manager. 3 (including the manager) were sitting around doing eye glass inventory, the receptionist was checking in customers and doing eye glass adjustments (sometimes manger would help) and the other 2 we're waiting for customers to get done with exams. Two women were assisting with exams. At the hour mark , no one talked to us /apologized for the wait . After hour and 20min the girls stated being seen at the first two exam rooms. After the second exam room and waiting an additional 30 mins, the manager finally apologized for the wait and explained we still had two ahead of us (one was already exam) and it was taking 20 minutes per exam because the doctor was signing on late. I knew this wasn't truth because the person ahead of us was already in the exam room for 30min. When I told here it was ridiculous that it took her so long to for apologize for the and explain the situation, she agreed that the situation was ridiculous as if she was the customer. She displayed no situation awareness of how long the exams were taking and lack of customer service. Customer is not just greet customers at the door. For my time wasted, they just offered to reschedule the appointment. I have been coming there for over five years. I will not go back again.

My first experience was a long wait but I was happy with my pair glasses. When I ordered additional toppers, disorder broke out. They said they would call me back and never did. I actually forgot about my order due to my busy schedule. Months later I called to follow up on my order. They had no clue what happened to them. They apologized and had me choose two additional toppers to replace the lost ones. When I got the order, I noticed A repeat of a topper from my first order and asked to return one for a different color. They refused to correct the issue. They stated I couldn't return one for a different color. . I don't understand why they can't allow me to return a topper and choose another yet they almost stood with $75 of mine had I not remembered to call them. Service is so disappointing. I won't buy there again

Made an appointment for me and my husband and got in and out with in decent time, the services from the team was very good and they answered all our questions. So if you need glasses or contacts America's best I recommend
