Dr. Arash Mansouri

My father-in-law had cataract surgery by Dr. Mansouri last month. Everything went very smoothly. Dr. Mansouri is wonderful. We live in Northern Virginia (Wash DC suburb) but we won't go anywhere else. My husband had laser eye surgery by Dr. Mansouri over 15 years ago, and he had great results as well. Interestingly, my husband recognized some of the same team members at Access Eye from over 15 years ago, when he had his eye surgery. Dr. Mansouri and his team are exceptional. Simply the best.

Dr Mansouri and his team, including the surgical center, the front office staff at multiple locations, have been excellent in providing the care that I needed for my eyesight. I had bilateral advanced cataracts, and mild glaucoma.. They provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed choice for lens replacement, and how to treat the glaucoma. They were professional, courteous, friendly, and Dr Mansouri took the time to explain and answer my questions. The results have been nothing short of amazing. I recommend Access Eye to and Dr Mansouri to everyone. Much thanks to Dr Mansouri and his team, y'all are exceptional.

Less than 2 months ago I was fortunate to get in to see Dr. Mansouri quickly due to a cancellation in his schedule. Having been told by another doctor "I was going blind from my cataracts", I was frantic. Dr. Mansouri was so calm and reassuring. He and his entire staff put me at ease and were able to get me right into his operating schedule even with the Holidays approaching. I want to assure anyone who has to have this procedure done that Dr. Mansouri is the very best in his field and treats you with care and consideration. He removed the right side first and the left a week later. Aside from the prep they do for surgery NO pain medication is even necessary and no discomfort. I carefully followed all instructions and used my drops accordingly. I just had my 1 month follow up yesterday, my right eye was initially 20/400 uncorrected is now 20/25 and with both eyes I see 20/20 uncorrected. I did buy 2 pair of glasses from his office for reading, as that is all I will need them for and Access Eye has a wonderful selection of designer frames. Dr. Mansouri is an exceptional and highly acclaimed surgeon. His staff is really great they all seem to really love being there! I would recommend Access Eye and all who are there even if you just need glasses. They are the best. I now see more clearly and vividly than I have for a long time. I was treated with such care they removed the anxiety altogether. Thank you ALL at Access Eye.

As always from the moment you walk in. The staff is terrific even during these trying times. They great you respectfully appreciate your time and effort and make your visit comfortable. Dr.Mansouri gives you the impression that you are his only patient. No rush in his exam,ask any and all questions. He confidence in his assessment is reassuring. I had asked about setting up the yearly appointment for my eye exam when I first came in. The young man told me that I could do so when I checked out,he remembered when I was checking out. Impressive! He obivisously saw many people in between yet he remembered my request. I have been a patient for many years,I can't say enough for the staff and Doctors. If you need eye care this is the place to go.

Access Eye is such a great office. I never have to wait long to start my appointment process. All the staff is kind and efficient. Dr Mansouri has all the latest equipment. He seems to always be adding new technology. Dr Mansouri always takes time to clarify my treatment. I have Glaucoma. Dr Mansouri placed stents in my eyes when I had cataract surgery a couple of years ago. I have to go for exams every 6 months, but I am no longer required to use the drops to relieve my eye pressure. All my experiences with this office have been excellent.

Dr. Mansouri is an amazing Eye Doctor and skilled Surgeon! He did work on my eye and the area surrounding my eye that came out post surgery, way better than I could have expected!! He is not only very skilled, but has a most outstanding bedside manner as a Doctor. Highly recommend this extremely fine Medical Practitioner to all that have medical needs that can be met by a most excellent ophthalmologist!!!

I am new to the area and had a serious eye injury. I was referred to Dr. Mansouri by my insurance help line. I explained my situation to the office person who was able to schedule me the same morning (Friday). Dr. Mansouri explained my options and the extent of the damage and then went above and beyond to get me into surgery on Monday morning and interrupted his own schedule to do the surgery. Along the way I met many of his staff and surgical help all of whom treated me with kindness and concern. Believe me when I say I was very worried and concerned but I found myself in the hands of a Doctor and staff who eased my mind and gave me confidence that I was in the good hands of a skilled and caring doctor. The surgery went well and I am recovering with the hope of a full recovery.
