Dr Kim Fields

The optometrists here were great, but unfortunately the front desk staff was horrible. The staff seemed to be very intolerant and unaccepting of people who did not look like them or behave like them (ex: children with special needs). My family and I had such a terrible experience here with the front staff that we have not been back since, nor do we plan to ever go back.

My family and I love going to Fields Family eye care. We are all seen by Dr. along and she is just amazing. Explains everything perfectly. What is also very important to me is that she is so gentle and patient with my children. We never feel rushed and the staff is really helpful. Thank you for making our visits pleasant.

Today was my first visit at Fields Family Eye Care. When I first walked in I noticed how nice and clean the office was, friendliness from the front desk staff followed my 1st impression. They worked quickly to get myself and my 2 children through the testing process in which the staff was all very comforting and soft spoken. Immediately after testing Dr. Kong was waiting for us and was so amazing. The only unfortunate part about our visit was we all needed glasses, but after sitting down with Tamara she made sure we were all going to be looking good in our new glasses. Thank you Fields Family Eye Care for making our visit a great one!

The entire staff is amazing; not only efficient but so warm and friendly. Dr. Fields is extremely thorough in her examination and makes the whole process comfortable and easy. Although the cost of my frames were a little higher than I was expecting, they took a great deal of time ensuring a proper fit. I will not hesitate to refer Fields Family Eye Care to friends and family.

Although I made a mistake about my appointment time they were very gracious and saw me anyway. I had a great experience with every person I interacted with.The doctor was very thorough and answered all my questions patiently. They were all very kind and pleasant to me. I love my glasses and took my little girl there to pick out her frames as well. Greta helped us with both pairs of glasses and she is just a joy to work with!

Amazing experience! My son was so nervous to go to the eye doctor, but left talking about how cool it was! All of the staff was sweet, friendly and helpful! Picking out glasses was so fun! The ladies made it feel like a personal shopping experience for me, and a fashion show for my son. It was a fantastic experience and we will be back!

Kind, caring, timely and professional. When you enter, the staff makes you feel like family because they are so kind and caring. I love that our time is valued so we never have to wait a long time to be seen by the doctor. I feel the staff is thorough and honest in the evaluation. we've been going here since my youngest was 3 and they've been the best with my kids!

Wonderful people at Fields Family Eye Care. Took my whole family in for exams and new glasses and the staff were great. Really took care of my 10 year old twins and eased their fears. Everything went smooth, and each department was caring and listened to our needs. So happy to have found this practice. Thank you all!
