Eye Doctor Office

It pains me to even give one star- if I could give less than one star I would. It was a waste of time. When I arrived, I was asked if I had my paperwork completed. What paperwork? Nothing had been emailed -or communicated otherwise- to me stating I needed to have paperwork done *before* I arrived. I was then asked if I brought my old contacts box with me, or a photo of it or my old prescription. No communication between the office and I (which was no less than 4 reminder emails about the appointment) stated *anything* about having those things. The optometrist was apparently a stickler about *my* being on-time (which I was- I was actually10 min early) but she strolled into the office at about 15 minutes past when my appointment was supposed to start. Then upon seeing that I didn't have my contacts box or old prescription, left me in the office and like a coward had her poor, very sweet office clerk tell me that the optometrist would not see me at all. I will never, ever give my time or money to this office in the future, I don't care if they take my insurance, I'd rather pay out of pocket elsewhere. The office staff was great. They deserve a better boss.

The Doctor and the assistant were great very friendly and informative. The wait time can be improved though. Our appointment was at 5:15 pm and 5:30 pm for my grandson and I. We weren't taken back until 6:15 and the Doctor didn't see us until 6:45 pm. Once she came in our actual appointment for both my grandson and I lasted a total of 15 minutes. SMH

Whoever left a bad review just doesn't understand Dr. Tran's style. She's extremely giddy and passionate about what she does, and she does it quick and painless! I just love seeing her, and this year she recommended two pairs of glasses because I work from home in a computer and I don't like bifocals. I was so grateful for that!

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst eye exam experiences I've had. After waiting over an hour for a scheduled exam, the exam was very rushed and hardly any examination was completed. I was shown just two different slides to compare a potential new prescription to an old one. I was not asked to read anything and when I was given a new prescription, I did not feel as though my questions were answered about the changes. My credit card was swiped for an imaging copay at the appointment, and then I was sent an email PayPal invoice later that evening saying the card did not go through without any call explaining (even though it is pending on my card). I've used LensCrafters in other parts of the country, but I was very unimpressed by this facility.

Felt very rushed during appointment and did not receive my results from any of the tests that were ran. Was charged more due to the fact of having diabetes. This office is a preferred location and I am not sure why that is.

Why do you do an extra exam without stating it is going to cost $39. Than when questioned say o it's because we don't do dilation. I would have not done the extra test if I knew it was going to cost me $39. Than the Dr seemed very rushed and wasnt great at answering my questions

They accepted an appointment for my daughter but by the end of it they charged us, charged our insurance, (we only get one exam a year), and then they us told to go elsewhere because they can't help us. Mind you, this was a normal eye exam, nothing special. Just to make sure the prescription is still correct.

Arrived at my son's appointment and the prescreening asked if he had undergone any recent treatment. I responded that he had been diagnosed with pink eye three weeks ago but had finished his antibiotics and was completely symptom free. The receptionist said she would consult with the eye doctor but was certain she would cancel. I asked her to do so because we had traveled an hour for the appointment and we needed to get my son new glasses before an upcoming family trip. The doctor had not even arrived to the office! So we literally waited just to hear that yes, our appointment had to be rescheduled. I asked why they didn't ask the prescreen question when they called and spoke to me to confirm the appointment the week prior. "We don't do that." We will not be using this eye doctor again.
