Dr. Melissa Kong is an amazing optometrist. She is kind, patient, and truly attentive, always taking the time to make sure the eye exam is done right. She understands how even the smallest adjustments can make a big difference, and her gentle, precise approach really shows how much she cares.
She is also wonderful with children, adjusting her approach so they feel comfortable and well cared for.
The entire staff is always kind, welcoming, and professional, which makes every visit a great experience. Dr. Kong has the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, and I have nothing but great things to say about her work and, most importantly, the way she treats people.
