Doctor Najimi is amazing! She took her time and really worked with me to find the best fitting contacts for my needs. I have sensitive Eyes. No other eye Doctor will test you as much as her. She is very interested in the well being of your eyes and goes above and beyond to insure that you are happy. I drive an hour just to see Fredericksburg eye care and will always return.

My family and I have been coming to this clinic for years. I love them. Be prepared to wait and because of that it doesn't make you feel like you are being rushed when seen by Dr. Chan. He is very thorough and professional. The front desk ladies are very helpful and pleasant. Be polite and you get politeness back.

I had an eye exam with Dr. Rose that required a medical exam due to a medication I am taking. I chose this office because they have the equipment required for the exam recommended by my physician. She was insistent that I come to her other office to get an extra exam that they did not have the equipment for in this office. She further insisted that I pay out of pocket for the exam and not use my insurance. Her other office is not affiliated with Fredericksburg Eye Care. My physician said the test was unnecessary. After completing the eye exam, I was fitted for contacts and came back for the followup, paying the extra fees involved. I told her that I could not see to read and was told that she didn't have one for me to try in stock but the prescription was stronger so I should be fine. Once I finally received my prescription for contacts via email, I ordered them online. I could see even less than before. I called to complain and was told that I could come in and have another exam but I would have to pay another fee. They claimed I was not charged in the beginning and were adamant that the fee would not be waived. As suspected, the prescription was wrong and I was sent away with new sample contacts by the intern. She had looked at my eye exam and offered her suggestion for the prescription. It seems to be correct. Now I am out for the extra fee, as well as boxes of contacts that I can't use. No apology or anything. My suggestion to everyone is to avoid this place like the plague!

Dr. Rose is the most helpful and knowledgeable eye doctor I have ever seen. She truly cares about her patients and takes her time to help you. The ladies at the front desk are AMAZING. They go above and beyond. I recommend this facility to everyone I know.

I had a great experience visiting this office. The staff was professional and Dr. Najmi was so knowledgeable. She was polite and patient with us. Definitely visiting her for all of my follow ups.

Have been going here for years never had to pay because they took my insurance went yesterday had to pay 130 out of pocket because they don't take my insurance . So I won't get reimbursed from my insurance because the other two eye places in the mall do take it and I could have gone to them. Yes I'm aware that it is equally my duty to make sure a place takes my insurance but when you've been going for years without issue and they asked has there been any change to your insurance and you say no but they don't mention oh we don't accept that for what you are having done today it kind of seems like a slap in the face. This is an insurance and front staff only complaint the doctors were amazing too bad it would be a waste of money to go back.

The entire staff were so friendly and professional. The doctor was quick, painless and had a great sense of humor which I really appreciated. Felt like I was not new, but a valued long time customer! Go, you won't regret it.

Never had a good experience with this place. It's a shame that they're attached to a business that I actually do like - Lens Crafters. They have no talent in the front of house, and if you expect to get answers, or a call back...don't. They will not call you back. I get the vibe that they think you don't have a choice, nor do they care if you go someplace else. Both of the members in front of house have no customer service skills, or reception skills either - they told me they both started 3 months ago. Can't keep staff? Maybe covid can be blamed, 3 years later... They tell you that you have to wear a mask, but both of the receptionists had them off when nobody is around. More about quantity than quality. I'll find a private practice that actually cares from now on and give them my money instead.
