Everyone did amazing. Katie did Really good helping with my eye examination. The eye doctor was very nice and helpful with information about my eyes. And When I got to pick my glasses out, the lady with the blonde hair was very sweet and held good conversation and gave me helpful information as well, about what I could add to my eyeglasses. :)
I just had my first eye exam here and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences ever. I did my exam virtually, but the staff member who helped me in person--Kayla--was absolutely amazing. I'm not sure what the exact title is in the eye care world, but she handled everything perfectly.
She made the whole process smooth, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable even though it was my first time. Besides a bit of a wait time, everything was perfect. Kayla really killed it and deserves all the credit. Thanks for such a great experience!
I've been going here for yrs. It never fails that the lady( with gray hair) that helps you after you see the Dr. Is always rude. I've watched her with other people so it isnt just me. I think it is her deliverance and she is defensive. But this is also not my 1st complaint about her. Everyone else is so nice. My Dr was the best!
The most incompetent staff I have seen in a while, and by a long shot. They canceled my appointment and had the audacity to try to blame it on me in several different ways, instead of claiming responsibility for their broken processes and website. I had made an appointment to get my eyes checked and buy new glasses about a month in advance. I filled out their appointment form on their website with all the required fields it asks for. Their form does not mark the health insurance portion as a required field, and it allows users to save and submit the form without those details. I expected to give them my details upon checking in. They had called my phone to confirm my appointment, but I work in a building where phones are not allowed. Still, they sent me an appointment verification text, which I promptly replied to on the same day. The lady at the reception counter told me they gave my appointment to someone else because they couldn't verify my insurance information or get verbal confirmation from me that I was still interested in the appointment. I explained that their form on their site allows people to submit appointment requests without the insurance information, and that I wouldn't make an appointment for a place that is not covered by my insurance. She said the form shouldn't do that, but that they still couldn't get verbal confirmation from me before the appointment. I told her I replied to the text message, and she said that those do not count because it's an automated system they are trying to get rid of. How are you going to sit there and say, "our form is broken, and our automated system doesn't count," and still blame it on your customers?! My appointment should never have been canceled under these conditions. This was the first time I have tried to go to a My Eye Dr location, and I regret it. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
I entered the store was greeted with a smile and weave from leslie who helped me originally find my glasses and the lenes. I walked to the desk and Katie popped around the corner greeted me and was able to assist me with getting the proper paperwork work printed out and sent me away appreciated. I recommend this location they are prompt and friendly.
Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience - Meta Glasses Purchase
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your location.
I called approximately 20 minutes before arriving to confirm whether you had Meta glasses in stock. I was told that you had three different kinds available and that I could come in to purchase them. When I arrived, I was directed to look at the glasses, but they were locked in cases and I was told to wait.
After being asked to sit down, I waited for about 40 minutes without any assistance. No one came to help me, and I eventually left. What was described as a quick and easy purchase over the phone turned into a complete waste of time.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I hope this feedback helps improve customer service moving forward.
The worst customer service experience I've ever experience at an optometrist. I walked in at 929am for a 920am appointment which is within my grace period, and by the time they finished with the customer in front of me it was 933am. When I gave her my name she said I was marked as a no show. Me or my family will never patronage this business ever again. Also there were no alternatives given, or efforts to rectify the situation. All I got was "sorry" and shoulder shrug. Customer service was nonexistent.
Mercedes was fantastic! I have been eye exams for years, and I must say this has been my absolute best experience! Also, I was pleasantly surprised with the virtual exam experience! I had no idea what to expected, but that experience was great too!
As always the tech and Eye doctor were super friendly and fun to engage with! I highly recommend this location due to Mercedes excellent customer service. She was quick, engaging and very efficient!
