I've had glasses for 12 years and never in my life have I been to a place as unprofessional as this. Sad to say they were nice enough at first but the establishment is rife with predatory business practices. If you say you're interested in learning more about contacts that apparently constitutes as a $75 charge that you will be pressured into paying. When this happened even the other receptionist reprimanded her colleague for her behavior. But that was not the end they continued to lie and fabricate events, and refuse me a refund (which they eventually issued). They asked me to bring back the contact solution Because I had already worn the contacts. I came the next day for my refund and they claimed they needed the contacts to the process the refund, even though that was not what we agreed upon seeing as we had confirmed to bring the solution today before. And keep in mind these are cheap sample contacts that cost them nearly nothing but they continue to harass and hounding me for them. Just hoping I didn't have them so they wouldn't have to issue me a refund. If you wear glasses and would like to be scammed this is the perfect place for you!

Excellent establishment! After my exam and contact order, I've got our whole family going to Harmony Optical! Great Christian business model! Kind, professional, and appreciative!

I needed to get my eye exam and I stepped into Dr McGuire's office this morning just to look. He himself came over to say hello, super pleasant and very nice. Dean, the optician took me as a walk in and it was one of THE BEST eye exams I've ever had. He was quick, professional, and courteous. Extremely knowledgeable as well. The staff was amazing and they took great care of me. I will bring my kids and partner here soon. Great experience :)

Convenient, caring, courteous, professionals with SPECIAL EXPERTISE!! This was an unplanned visit on an emergency basis for glasses repairs. I was referred here from another eyeglass/vision place after the first place I went to said they didn't fix them and didn't know who could. The second vision center that I tried sent me here because this place has tools and experience to fix the kind of glasses I have, rimless with "drill mounts" where tiny screws go through the lenses. And, sure enough, I was promptly helped by a friendly fellow named Dean, who was knowledgeable and quickly fixed them, and told me how to keep it from happening again! I haven't had an eye exam in 3 years because of the pandemic, so I asked about an appointment, and the welcoming receptionist named Harmony said they had just had a cancellation, and gave me the paperwork! Mind you, this was during their lunch hour! A nice lady named Amanda did my initial exam, after carefully cleaning the equipment in front of me. The whole place was squeaky clean and neatly organized. Then I met Dr McGuire, a pleasant, attentive, and knowledgeable professional who did a thorough exam, with a lot of educational explanation about the findings. All in less than an hour! Overall, an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend them!

My husband had his eye exam yesterday at Harmony Optical. The doctor was great and the eye glass specialist were very nice. The reason we are giving the "2" rating is We came back to Harmony Optical the very next day hoping to change the frames that my husband ordered to a different style and were told it was too late and that once the button was pushed it was submitted to our insurance and to the eye glass lab so my husband will be stuck with glasses he does not want (even though it will be up until 2 weeks for them to come in) so they have absolutely no return policy or concern for making sure that the customer is satisfied with their purchase from start to finish. Afterwards we went to LensCrafters and ordered another pair that we had to pay in full minus their 30 percent sale discount but then they even adjusted some glasses for us that weren't purchased from there... from here out we be buying our glasses from LensCrafters ... sad to say to we won't be buying anything else from a harmony Optical ... so bottom line the people are nice but the return or refund policy is non-existent so buyer beware!

Staff was helpful and pleasant, the office was clean, bright and modern. Dr. McGuire was excellent with my two children, they felt immediately at ease. The staff went above and beyond with my son who was interested in trying contacts for the first time, very patient and encouraging.

TERRIBLE customer service. My mother bought glasses here that, after leaving the office, began to hurt her face. They were so tight that they left marks behind her ears. She took them back for an adjustment & was told they never should have sold her that pair of glasses because of the frame size. They wouldn't refund her, didn't give her other options for WEEKS, never called to say they had more frames in, and generally treated her as a second-rate citizen. Ultimately, they replaced her frames & she had them adjusted a few doors down at LensCrafters, where she was treated excellently. I'd only recommend going here if you don't like having options & enjoy old men speaking to you in a condescending tone.

My husband and I have been coming here for about five years now. The staff is always courteous. Dr McGuire is thorough in his eye exam and even explains his findings using a diagram.
