The staff and Dr. Bradshaw were awesome! This was my first visit, and they made it a smooth and pleasant experience! I drove 50 miles away, which l will do for great service.

I had cataract surgery in both eyes. Dr Jani was very good and the results have been excellent. The rest of the staff is pleasant and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

This place send my bill to collections without calling or confirming the correct address at my most recent appointment. We had our first baby and built our new house shortly after the appointment. So fast-forward one year we never received any bills in the mail. Then I get a call from the collections agency saying the bill had just been sent. If they had called my husband or myself that bill would have been paid immediately. We have never had a late bill ever, and we had to pay an additional hundred dollars in fees from the collections agency because this bill sat there for 30 days. I can't imagine if it sat there for two or three months what the fees would have accumulated to. This is ridiculous and we will not be back due to this. The office manager really needs to get a better handle on whoever is dealing the billing in house.

Very long waiting time in the waiting area. It seemed as if all Patients for the next few hours were required to come in Al the same time and then had to wait. I waited 45 minutes - 1 hour in the waiting room My appointment could have been later. Is this an assembly line? First post-op day. I would like to revise my previous statement. I did not realize that there are 3 doctors practicing at the same time with all patients waiting in the same waiting room. My post- op visit went smoothly with little waiting time. The staff was very friendly.

Everyone is very pleasant to deal with. The eye Technicians are very knowledgeable. So is Dr Bradshaw. He took the time to explain everything concerning my eyes and asked if I had any questions. I was made comfortable in every phase of my treatments. I was treated with care, professional demeanor as well as personal care. All was concerned with me and my comfort both physically as well as emotionally. They are definitely my "goto" eye care professionals.

I scheduled an appointment here because of the reviews and was very hopeful and excited for my visit. When I arrived there was an elderly guest at the desk clearly confused about some charges and procedures that had been done. I immediately noticed how rude the receptionist was being with the lady. I was a bit taken aback by this but figured since I walked in in the middle I didn't know the situation, so I patiently waited off to the side to check in. After a few minutes of listening to this lesson in bad customer service another young lady yelled to me "what's your name!?" So I went up to the desk and gave my name she proceeded to ask for my insurance card which I did not have but had all my information, I had also given them all my information when I called to schedule the appointment. I told her I didn't have the card but had the digital one given by my provider. I was told without the actual card they could not see me, I asked why I wasn't told this when I called and given no answer just the same rudeness as the elderly lady was receiving. I then decided this wasn't the doctor for me. I did go over to lenscrafters at the mall and they got me in same day with just the digital copy of my card and provided exceptional customer service. So if you've made it this far, I highly recommend lenscrafters at the mall for 5 star service all the way around.

I learned about Vista Eye Specialists last October 2025 while shopping for spices. A Vista staffer (Ms.Tiera) was also looking for spices after work. Her work attire drew my attention. I greeted her. Since one of my eyes was aching, I asked her about Vista. She told me about qualified eye care professionals at Vista. That's how I decided to explore this alternative eye care practice. So far, Dr.Lauren Richards and her staff are taking good care of my eye needs. Thank you.
