I was very happy with my experience here! I haven't had an eye exam since 2021, and I wanted to see if my prescription had changed. My left eye has changed slightly, but now I can get new glasses that match appropriately. They were very accommodating with my appointment, which I had to reschedule once because I had a cold. But they got me right in, everything was quick and easy, and I was on my way. I appreciate the staff here! Thank you!

The day of my appointment, they were having an onslaught of technical challenges like the internet going down, followed by their network going offline. Not to mention, a group of patients coming in nearly all at once. The front desk staff made everyone aware of the situation in a polite, calm and helpful manner. They navigated the situation as best they could despite all the challenges and delays ensuing from said technical difficulties.
The office was clean, and their equipment is quite advanced. They have better ophthalmology than the My Eye Dr I used to visit.
The doctor was very thankful for my patience in waiting. She was warm, friendly, thorough and was able to take care of me quickly, while addressing my concerns. I highly recommend this doctor for your eye exams.

Dr. Chang is fantastic! She's very thorough and knowledgeable, while having a wonderful bedside manner and comfortable demeanor. The front desk staff is also wonderful, very efficient, and great at phone call reminders ahead of your appointment. Don't let the strip mall setting and LensCrafters association fool you, this is a top notch Optometry office!

I went to Clarkson's, but I had struggles with the prescription. I went back to them several times, but they could not make it right. They were very nice, but I had to continue my old prescription. I figured it was my eyes. A year later, I went to Dr. Grace to get a new prescription. I assumed I would have the same troubles. I took the prescription next door to Lenscrafter's. They made a pair of glasses for me, and, EUREKA, I could see well. Everything was and is great! Thank you, Dr. Grace!

I took my son to get his annual eye exam yesterday evening. He was in one his moods to say the least. Dr. Chang and her front desk associates were amazing in light of his behavior. They were very patient and understanding of my 7 year old and his sleep deprived tantrums.
This is the only practice I will bring my son to for his annual exams. Next time he will be better behaved! Thank you Dr. Chang, to you and to your team :).

We had a 4:30 pm appointment but weren't seen until 5:15 pm. It was very frustrating to wait that long, especially since there are plenty of other eye doctors in the area. The doctor himself was fine--we've seen him before--but our actual appointment was only about 15 minutes, which made the long wait feel even worse. It seemed like the patient before us took up much of our scheduled time.
What made it more frustrating was that the front desk didn't seem to acknowledge the delay and there was no apology about the wait. They did offer a future time slot when I complained, but overall the lack of time management and service communication left a negative impression. Unfortunately, I'm unlikely to return.
