I came in to have lenses put into my Meta glasses. Found out my prescription was expired, The receptionist Sherry was really nice and set up an appointment for me which was 5 minute wait only. Emily helped with my fitting and the whole staff at this location were amazing. Amy was also so helpful with me selecting through the options. 10/10 experience and location

My experience at this MyEyeDr. location was exceptional, and I truly want to highlight the outstanding service provided by the manager, Amy. From the moment I walked in, Amy was professional, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail truly set the tone for the entire office. You can tell she genuinely cares about both her patients and her team, which makes the experience smooth and stress-free. It's rare to receive this level of personalized care, and Amy went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. This was my first experience and I am more than satisfied with the service I receive from Amy. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent eye care and top-tier customer service. Amy is an absolute asset to this office!

I came in with broken glasses on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment and was greeted with a smile and assured my glasses could be fixed while I waited. My lens had popped out because of a broken wire which they were able fix at no charge. I was able to back to my yard work quickly. It was nice to be treated with kindness and generosity!

I'm so glad I found this location! I came in for a quick adjustment on my glasses and, although I didn't have time to purchase that day, I'll definitely be back once I have my insurance information. Amy was quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The office looks modern, and the staff overall was very pleasant

I've been to this eye doctor's office several times now, and every visit has been consistently positive. Emily always greets me with such warmth and professionalism that it immediately puts me at ease. She's patient, attentive, and genuinely caring--qualities that make the entire experience feel personalized and comfortable. It's clear she takes pride in helping patients feel informed and supported. Dr. Ruff and all of the employees here make the office feel exceptionally welcoming. The team works smoothly together, creating an environment that's efficient without ever feeling rushed. Dr. Ruff explains everything clearly, answers questions thoughtfully, and makes sure I leave feeling confident about my eye health. After multiple visits, I can honestly say this is the best experience I've had with any eye care provider, and I highly recommend them.

Such a professional, relaxing environment. I read some Google reviews when researching this location. I was amazed, and a little skeptical, that all were 5-star reviews. Like, how does that happen nowadays? But I'm happy to report the 5-star reviews are well-deserved. The store is clean and the staff members are pleasant and professional. Which cannot be easy when working retail. Emily (the sales rep) was great. She was easy-going, sociable, and didn't pressure me to buy certain products or include any lense add-ons I didn't want. I'll definitely be returning to this location in the future. Compared to my previous eyecare provider, this location is on another plane of customer service excellence. I'm happy I've found a new eye doctor! Hopefully, the quality service continues.

Great experience. I was struggling with my previous prescription from a different place just months ago. Dr. Ruff was terrific. I'm excited to receive my new glasses. Cherry on top was the staff. Wonderful check in and I didn't feel rushed with my glasses selection. Emily was able to identify exactly what would work well for me. Overall AMAZING experience!

This place is awesome! Great prices and accepts a bunch of different insurance plans. New, clean, and excellent staff that welcomes you from the moment you step in the door. Complimentary water, great brands (Oakley and Ray-Bans are my personal favorites), and a great selection of frames on hand. They accept any frame you have that you only need replacement lenses for and they do not charge you to use your own frames (some other competitors in the area charge a few of upwards of $30 or more as a few for bringing your own frames and not buying new ones...being charged to use my own property, never again.) myeyedr is my new go to spot for anything vision related for my whole family! I am glad that I gave this new establishment a chance to earn my business, they have exceeded my expectations and I am sure they will do the same for you! Keep up the great work myeyedr, you have a new family of customers for many years!
