Dr. Paull is a shining example of what every doctor should be. Our situation presented obstacles (patient resistance, a need for customized medication) and she just cleared those obstacles right out. She was wonderfully upbeat, took charge without offending, and easily won my family over by the end of her extremely thorough home visit. She tenaciously researched and got the most effective medication, and is always responsive to our questions. Furthermore, her staff is efficient, warm and helpful, so it really is just a totally positive experience. Before Dr. Paull, I was extremely worried about my family's eye care--now, I am not. That's a huge burden off my shoulders, so in addition to giving Dr. Paull the acknowledgement she's certainly due, I put this review out in the hopes it will help anyone who is in a similar situation.

I just had my first in-house appointment with Dr. Paull. It was very through and done from the comfort of my wheelchair. Dr. Paull is very professional and personable. She displays a great deal of care and compassion. She even took the time to locate and send me links to products that may help relieve some of the discomfort of my extreme dry eyes. Without reservation, I highly recommend Dr. Paull!

Dr. Paull was so friendly and kind and helpful when I came in, utterly clueless, and just said I wanted an eye exam to get a prescription for contacts. She gave some great general advice and recommendations about when/how to use and care for them, and helped me find a good brand that worked for my eyes. She was great, especially with someone who knew absolutely nothing about contact lenses and needed lots of guidance.
