Target Optical

I have worn glasses most of my life. That being said my recent purchase with Target Optical was professional and personal. Tiffany Vago was very personable and knowledgeable. She answered questions and helped me pick the frames that would best suite my needs. We had an issue with our insurance and Ms. Vago even called the company and got it straight. She made my whole experience wonderful. I highly recommend them!

I purchased my Ray-Bans back in June 2025 and, pardon the pun, they've been spectacular. Fast forward to today when I stepped in and was greeted by Emily. Emily assisted me with some general care and maintenance for the same pair of glasses. Excellent experience and highly recommended!

The absolute best experience getting my glasses adjusted! Tiffany was phenomenal! She took her time and was meticulous in her corrections so that my frames fit my face perfectly. I've never had anyone be able to adjust frames like her. This is the only place I'll go from now on! They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!

I had some initial issues with my insurance being located, even though I had my insurance card with me. Tiffany from the optical side truly went above and beyond to help. She took the time to track down my policy and made sure I was still able to have my eye exam without feeling rushed or dismissed. When it came time to purchase my frames and lenses, Tiffany continued to exceed expectations. She double-checked my plan to see if I qualified for free frames and, even though my plan was out of network, she searched for and applied every eligible discount available. She also took the extra step of filling out the necessary forms with my policy and purchase information so I could potentially submit for out-of-network reimbursement. What stood out the most was her patience and professionalism while the office was extremely busy. She consistently greeted and acknowledged incoming customers while still giving me her full attention. Tiffany was incredible, and her willingness to help made what could have been a frustrating experience a really positive one.

This hidden gem located in Target is the best in town. The staff is amazing! All of them are licensed professionals. They offer the latest innovations in lens technology, and their frame selection is the best I have seen. They sell contact lenses as well. There is a new Eye Doctor right next door which makes it convenient for the whole family! All in one and affordable!

I wish there was a way to rate better than five stars, but Emily went above and beyond to try to get my special prescription and frames taken care of as soon as possible. I have complete faith that she can do anything to help you as well. Make sure you ask for Emily and she'll take care of you.

Emily was great. She was very helpful and was able to get my glasses fitted very quickly. She was super pleasant and I will definitely go back any time I need help with my glasses again.

Wonderful experience with Emily at the Target Optical on Monticello. She helped me get up to 25% worth of discounts I would have missed ordering online. A large selection of nice frames. Highly recommend.
