What a great experience! Dr Waldron and her team does an amazing job making you feel well taken care of! Highly recommend supporting a veteran and woman owned small business which makes you feel valued and appreciated!

I chose this practice based on positive reviews and unfortunately that has not been my experience. I took my two daughters in for an eye exam. I was told my insurance worked for one child and not the other. I self paid for the "uncovered" daughter because I was notified halfway through the exam. When i got home, my daughter is covered and I should not have paid $175, instead I should have paid $10. This was confirmed by my insurance. When I called to fix the error and have my money refunded, first their insurance person was "sick", then their insurance person "quit". Now, almost two weeks later and nothing but continued promises to figure it out with NO follow up. Despite being incredibly impressed by the doctor and her care, her staff (including her husband) have made it so we will never return to this practice. Unfortunate loss as a family of 4 with lifelong glasses needs. $175 may not be a lot of money to them, but it would have covered the glasses both of my kids need. Maybe they aren't hurting for business, and it is suspect that no one that works at this practice can figure out how to properly run insurance and refund payment. Another rub, I was given two copies of one daughter's prescription and no copy of my other daughters and had to hunt it down on their site. Honestly, just incredibly disappointing. Don't self pay with this practice if you know your insurance is effective. I'm hoping writing this review will suddenly make this important to the practice to resolve, and to warn others to avoid this practice unless you have the time to fix their errors.

My 1st 30 years of wearing glasses always gave me headaches after prolonged wear. But after only 1 visit at Dr. Waldron's, my new glasses have not given me any headaches since my appointment in July 2025!! And they have a dark tint so I don't need shades when I drive. I have never been happier with my prescription. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. My only regret is that I moved away recently. Thank you so much for my Favorite Pair of Glasses!!

I was told that my insurance was in network, after calling several doctors, also when I went in for my visit I was told again that they were in network. Well now I have received a big bill that I will have alot of trouble paying because they are not in network. The doctor was very good however I was misinformed.

It's open, fresh, and inviting with a wide range of stylish frames to choose from. The entire staff is knowledgeable, kind and clearly passionable about what they do. This is an outstanding clinic. The staff are very personable, and make you feel like family. Vanessa is a hoot and so responsive to things. It's got a great "small town family run" feel to it. Dr. Waldron does a great job at providing you an honest, comprehensive, and competitively priced exam. We have been going here for years, and I couldn't go anywhere else.

This was my first visit / exam with Dr.Laureen Waldron and very pleased. The routine exam was thorough and fast, minimal waiting time. I used her office near Target this time and my wife & I plan on using her new facility on Monticello Ave next time. Very happy, will see Laureen for our future eye care needs. Thank you....
