I recently took my 5-year-old twins for their first optometrist appointment, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The assistant, Peyton, was fantastic. She demonstrated remarkable patience and was very clear in her instructions, which helped the kids follow along easily. They really enjoyed their time with her. Dr. Giese was, as always, wonderful with my children. She took nearly 10 minutes just to get to know them, which made my twins feel at ease. This personal approach allowed them to open up and respond well to her questions and directions. Her ability to build their confidence made the examination process go smoothly. Additionally, Dr. Giese provided me with clear information regarding my children's current eye health and what I can expect as they grow. The entire experience was so positive that my son even declared he wants to become an eye doctor when he grows up! I truly love this office and the entire team.

I've had really good luck with Binyon in the past. But this last time not so much. They recommended to me Flexon glasses and I've been very dissatisfied. These glasses are junk. I told them so last time but they wanted me to give them a try again. They sold me frames that were already old and discontinued so they had to search for a replacement when problems first showed up (loosening screws fall out (2X), unbonded earpiece, wrong lenses ordered). The local sales rep happened to have a pair in his stock so we were able to replace them, so I did so reluctantly. Within two weeks the screws loosened and have done so 4 times, so I have to carry a screwdriver around so a lens wont pop out. I went with high diffractive index Progressive bifocals since regular bifocals have a ledge that is very hard to clean. They ordered regular lenses incorrectly, but these lenses fit goofy in these frames so I no longer have to clean the ledge in the bifocal (which is great!), but now have a large section that has a ledge around the perimeter where it is hard to clean well. Plus the fact that these frames flex all over the place when trying to clean them make them a very poor choice if you like clean clear lenses. I paid for new lenses back in November and now, almost March, I still dont have the lenses I ordered but they have my payment. I've given them two tries with these junky frames and still wish I had the correct lenses with better frames. Time for me to tighten my glasses now so the lenses wont fall out.....again. YMMV.

Just had exam with Dr Weaver. She is great--so calm, never pushy as some doctors are! I highly recommend her. Thomas Le, the optician, found a perfect Silhouette frame for me, was very professional in going over the right lenses for me, and making it all a very satisfying experience!

Binyon Vision Center is absolutely wonderful! I brought my two children in for eye exams, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient, making my kids feel completely at ease. The clinic is beautifully designed with children in mind, and the care was thorough and professional. I'm so grateful to have found a place that treats pediatric eye care with such compassion and expertise. Highly recommend to any parent looking for top-quality vision care.

With their modern technology and a caring approach is what makes patients feel comfortable and confident in their eye care. Focus on the doctor's ability to explain conditions, their care, and the overall positive patient experience.

Peyton, the eye tech, is so efficient and kind. Dr Giese is so patient and sweet. I am one of their most visionary-impaired patients who has been guided well through many years of retina/cornea/glaucoma issues with vision checks, glasses, and sclera lenses. Their whole staff is so nice. Highly recommend.

I have been wearing glasses for about the last 12 years. Since then I have been bouncing around different places getting exams and glasses trying to keep from spending a lot on the glasses themselves. But finally I thought I would get a nice pair or two so I went back to Binyon. The eye exam was excellent and very informative. I picked two different frames which in my opinion were expensive. They told me the price of the first pair with lenses which was a fee hundred more than I wanted to spend. The next pair was going to be more since the frames were another $200 or $300 more. Prices were somewhere around $350 and &550 maybe a little more for the frames. I did not like it but thought go for it and take care of them. Then they said I qualified for a 30% discount. This made it better but still very expensive after the price of the exam, frames and everything else. I wish the prices were just the real price and no games. Other than that it was all pleasant and they have nice chocolate treats which I had about 8 of them.

I've worn glasses since first grade, so this isn't my first rodeo. The team at Binyon Vision Center was beyond any other experience I've had since that time. Dr. Giese was thorough and actually took time with me. So many times, eye exams feel rushed and mechanical, reduced to the endless "number one... or two?" routine. This felt completely different. Dr. Giese explained what she was seeing, answered questions without rushing and made sure I actually understood my options instead of just moving me along. The staff was equally kind, patient and organized, which made the entire visit feel calm and genuinely human. Katrina helped find my dream frames -- and when you've worn glasses your entire life, that's no small feat. She listened to what I actually wanted, paid attention to fit and comfort and somehow zeroed in on frames that felt instantly right. (When I put these babies on, we both went, "Woooah...") If you've ever left an eye exam feeling like just another appointment on a conveyor belt, Binyon Vision Center is the opposite of that.
