I needed help with my eyes and they were able to accommodate me within a day. I was visiting from out of town when my glasses broke. They were able to fit me in contacts to get me by. I was going to wait to purchase glasses when I got home but I found a pair there I really liked. They offered to ship them to my house when they were ready. I am so impressed and thankful I might just wait till I'm back in the area to do my next exam.

Review: I had a very bad experience at this eye hospital and want to warn others. I went in for an eye exam, and instead of the standard test I expected, the doctor performed a different type of examination. She told me she would send my prescription to me by email, but I never received anything. When I asked the receptionist for a printed copy, what she gave me was so faint and blurry that it was impossible to read. I followed up multiple times -- I called, I sent messages, and I emailed them -- but never got a single response. Not even an acknowledgment. This kind of service is unacceptable for any medical facility, especially one dealing with something as important as vision. This clinic may seem affordable, but their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to provide basic patient care make it a terrible choice. I strongly recommend avoiding this hospital and choosing a place that values patients' time, health, and trust.

For the first time in 20+ years I got a prescription that actually corrects my vision problem. I did not think this was possible! I am so thankful for this prescription, whatever was done right, I can finally see clearly! Very thankful for the eye Dr getting it right this time!

This place is a joke! I had an exam and purchased glasses. The pick up day I tried on the glasses and could not see with them on. The receptionist said to give them a week to adjust. At that point I should've been firm and said NO! I called a week later requesting a refund and was told a manager would call me. A year later I still haven't received that call! I ended up going to another place and paid for a new exam. Burien Family Eye Care gave me an incorrect prescription; the doctor was so off on my exam and that's the reason my glasses I purchased were wrong! Long story short stand clear of this place. They will give you incorrect exams and charge you for glasses that don't work or fit without trying to make it right! **Update ** I encourage people to really trust the new bad reviews! Notice they don't respond to the known patients! The fact that they are telling the bad reviews they don't have them on record is a HUGE hippa violation! These people need to be reported to the office of civil rights! Trust me I work in Healthcare! Avoid this joke of a practice!!!

As someone who regularly travels across the US for work, I've visited offices from coast to coast. I can say that Burien Family Eye Care is hands down the best experience I've had as a patient. When I stepped in, I was greeted warmly and promptly by Saroun and my appointment was started in a timely manner. Dr. Emam is one of the most thorough yet concise, attentive, and knowledgable doctors I've met (and I work with a lot of doctors). You can tell maintaining the longevity and health of your eye and the clarity.of your vision is her priority. She offers practical ways to take care of your sight beyond lenses and makes appropriate referrals when necessary. Lastly, Mo was so patient, ensuring my lenses were just right. This was a follow up appointment, yet the level of professionalism, timeliness and kindness has been consistent since my first. I can't say enough good things about this place. I just wish I could take it with me when I travel T.T

Love the staff here. When I visited it was diverse and they were very friendly. They got me an exam and contacts and I can seeeeee so much better now.

The experience I had was that of caring and solving issues specific to me. The care treatment is personal to your needs. I'm always remembered from my last visit. My whole family are now clients. We all are very happy with the care we have received.
