I've been a patient at Evergreen Eye Center for over 15 years. Although technology has changed immensely, over the years, everyone with whom I have had contact has been courteous, considerate, professional, friendly and efficient.
Scheduling of appointments is an easy process and wait times are very short. All staff strive to ease any anxiousness and throughly answer any questions you may have in easy to understand language. They strive for and exceed excellence.

Dr. Heffernan is the absolute BEST!! Not only is he friendly to visit with, but his knowledge is deep, his experience is unparalleled, and his follow through is very much appreciated. I've been to just about every office now--they have something like 7 locations for our convenience--and the level of service from office and professional staff is excellent at every one. Mostly I or my mom see Dr Chung who I trust completely. My appointment with Dr. Whitehead was thorough and efficient. He explained everything well, answered my questions, and I didn't feel rushed. I had to wait a bit for check in/out, as it was busy mid morning, but pretty standard. The office was clean and staff was courteous. Off street parking so show up a few minutes early.
