Words cannot express the gratitude I hold for Dr. Steiner's talent, wisdom, compassion, excellence, and generosity. I was treated for a severe corneal ulcer, which critically threatened the viability of my eye. Dr. Steiner clearly explained what he was seeing in my eye, the path of treatment he wanted to pursue, and the reasoning behind his method. Because my condition was harrowing, he not only stayed in continuous contact with me over the weekend but met with me outside office hours two days in a row. Dr. Steiner went far beyond the call of duty, sacrificing his weekend time away with his family to save my eye. He could have sent me to a hospital emergency room which certainly would not have provided the care needed to save my eye. In addition, the office staff is lovely. The photo below was taken 5 days after my injury took place, which was 4 days after my first treatment with Dr. Steiner. Much healing had taken place by the time the photo was taken. Two days since the photo, my eye has greatly improved and I am happily on the path to a full recovery. Lessons learned: *Wear safety goggles while cutting/chopping wood, no matter what. *Immediately call Dr. Steiner's office should you injure your eye. *Urgently fill and administer all prescription medicines as prescribed for your eye.

Quality of service and professionalism has definitely gone down... Throughout the years. I have given Dr. Steiner eight different cosmetic referrals.. And now that I need to see the doctor for medical reasons, nobody told me how much I would have to pay in cash after my insurance kicked in. I called the doctor twice, BEFORE the appt just to eliminate this issue when I arrived at the appointment...The Receptionist upfront was extremely impersonal and unapologetic. Very very sad!

Dr. Steiner has been my ophthalmologist for decades, and I have always had great eye care from him and his very pleasant and professional staff. He is always ready to explain a procedure/treatment plan clearly and to work with me. I confidently refer anyone who is looking for an experienced eye doctor to Dr. Steiner.

The office atmosphere is very pleasant. The assistant is wonderful, she made the visit. She's very informative and knowledgeable. Receptionist is a bit cold and not very empathetic. Jury still out on the doctor, found him to be a bit pushy but that could be his way. I've scheduled my follow up .

I love Dr Steiner's office they are very kind, amazing staff and alway recieved with a smile. My treatment is explained very well ay every service. Thank you guys for the excellent service. Truly appreciate it. Definitely recommend their place

I had a very good experience at Dr. Steiner's office. The office is nice and clean. He and his staff are very caring. The new receptionist is very friendly and cheerful. Dr. Steiner doesn't mind spending a good amount of time on my eye exams and explaining all the details. His perfectly honed combination of eye knowledge, professionalism, and personable nature is unmatched and difficult to find in other eye clinics. I will definitely go back for my follow-up visit and I would like to refer him to any patient who needs eye care.

Dr. Steiner and staff are excellent. The care and advice provided were exceptional. Everything is explained well and the facility is clean and welcoming.

I've been looking for a good Ophthalmologist for a while and when I found Dr Steiner I thought to myself, hmm, this must be the one. When I saw Dr Steiner for the first time, I was so happy and I even asked my primary Doctor for a referral for my husband. I thank God that we finally found Dr Steiner, he's such a great and caring Doctor. He took his time with his patients and always answers my questions with a smile on his face. And also his assistant Jinn she's a wonderful person that also care so much and takes her time with the patients. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a great Ophthalmologist to go and see Dr Steiner. HE'S THE BEST YOU WILL EVER HAVE!!
