Clearview Eye & Laser

This is a large, very busy office. It was at least a one hour wait on Friday at 3:00 to get through their phone system in order to make an appointment. With 3+ doctors I would expect them to have invested in a phone system and staffing that doesn't impose such a wait on patients. If you're just needing an eye exam I would recommend going to a smaller, less busy office.

This clinic was awesome. We got an appointment on the same day we needed it, and the doctor really helped my 7 year old daughter feel less afraid. She was totally freaked out by needing an eye exam but the doctor helped her feel comfortable and it was so helpful. Definitely recommend

Oh, I hate leaving reviews. What do I say that will convince the reader to give Clear View Eye and Laser a try? OK, how about: I cannot recommend Clearview Eye and Laser highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was met with professionalism and warmth. Dr. Li and the entire team are great. I felt completely cared for. For anyone seeking top-tier vision care, Clearview Eye and Laser is a worthy choice. They deliver outstanding results with genuine patient care!

Dr. Mulligan provides exceptional, quality care. He and his team are friendly, efficient, and really take the time to make you feel comfortable during procedures. I would not go anywhere else!

Unfortunately, my experience at Clear View Eye and Laser was not a good one. The doctor prescribed the wrong prescription for my eyes, which led to discomfort and ongoing vision issues. After using the prescription, it was clear that something was not right. I trusted the clinic to provide accurate and professional care, but this mistake negatively affected my daily life and resulted in unnecessary frustration and expense. I was very disappointed with the overall quality of care and would urge others to be cautious. Imagine if it was a medication you have to take they already poison you.

We were a new patient and I was taking my mother in law for an eye exam today at Clearview. Every person of the staff, from the receptionist, the tech and Dr. Meyer WERE not friendly and professional at all. I asked the first tech if they had a translator for Somali, she looked at me super crazy and said "you can't translate for her?" Hence I am taking my mother in law in who is somali and I am not... even when she came to get in this the lobby, she looked unhappy and annoyed. With this first interaction made me so uncomfortable. Then Dr. Meyer's comes in and doesn't even introduces himself, and proceeded to asks why we are here, I told him she's been having pain in her eye and swelling and also her eyesight is becoming weak. She can't see much when shes reading and he says that's "normal". So you're telling me if YOU had pain and swelling in your eye, that's NORMAL? OK. Then leaves and another tech comes in to do the exam, and I have my sister in law on the phone to translate for us, The tech gets irritated and shes huffing and puffing and "says I have only 3 mins, I have to go get my kids" I swear I will never forget this because what does that have to do with us, get someone else to do this exam! The entire process felt rushed and unwelcomed, and lastly Dr. Meyer came back in the room asked us more than 1 and I mentioned the first time as to why we came here, he was huffing and puffing as well and then proceed to put the dilating drops into my moms eye without telling us that he was doing this!!! I had to asked what he was doing, and he had a whole attitude telling me he was dialating her eyes. honestly this whole thing was crazy. No communication and this was the first expression we got. I would not recommend this establishment. I will not be returning.

Professional, helpful. Answer my concerns. I haven't had to wait for appointments. Not long at office either. Latest visit was at new office in Burien, will be nice when renovations are complete.

Horrible, aloof attitudes. Young girl who did my contact exam had a bad attitude as if it was too much to ask for her to even be there. No follow up questions, rushed through, no recommended follow up appointment, WRONG PRESCRIPTION. My prescription was too strong and I don't have a stigmatism. This place looks down on "the poors"
