Great staff. I got in right away in an emergency situation. The doctor was relaxed and answered all questions, took his time, discussed what I needed for work purposes. The price is right. Sammy was helpful explaining the advantages of the 3 years worth of exams, and answered all questions. So I would recommend the place and location. Easy to get to by bus. Privacy is respected. I'll be back for more glasses, very affordable.

I went in to get my glasses adjusted and cleaned. The receptionist in the front was very kind and polite. Michelle did an outstanding job with the service of cleaning and adjusting my glasses. Thank you America's Best Federal Way, Washington.

I'm very upset. Today December 2 nd .Horrible customer service in the Federal Way .I ordered glasses on November 4 . They said that glasses would come on 21 November . When I arrived to take them, they could not find them , lost on the road. On the same day, they ordered again on 21st - and I have to wait three weeks again . I do not recommend this store. Nobody apologized and pretended to know nothing . If you want to get your glasses quickly and without trouble, go to Costco or Walmart. There is 7-10 days.

America's Best in Federal Way is literally the best! Even though they were busy, they greeted me right away. And...they repaired my glasses for free! I'm definitely a new devoted customer. Chunhui was gracious and helpful.

As of today, January 18, 2026, I have still not received the glasses I ordered over a month ago. I first contacted the store on December 19, 2025 to inquire about the status of my order. During that call, I was incorrectly informed that I had already picked up my glasses, which was not the case. After multiple conversations with several employees that same day, I was repeatedly told that the glasses were being "looked for" and that someone would call me back. No follow-up ever occurred. On December 20, 2025, I contacted the store again and spoke with Sammy, who apologized for the confusion and stated that my glasses would be reordered, expedited, and shipped to the nearest location since I was traveling. I was assured I would be contacted with further information. Once again, no follow-up was provided. To date, I am still without my glasses. I have since been told that the order has allegedly been reordered twice, yet the only updates I receive are when I initiate contact with the store myself. This lack of proactive communication, combined with repeated misinformation, has been extremely frustrating. I am beyond disappointed with the level of service I have received. This experience has been unacceptable. I urge you to go elsewhere for all your eyewear needs.

I'd rate much higher but for an Examiner's (doesn't even appear to be an Optometrist) actions/ attitude! STEPHEN (? that's how he Pronounced) Requires the Patient to Follow "His Directions" ONLY! He refused to answer a simple question - even when repeated 4 times (even I was getting upset w/ my Required Repetition)! Instead Of answering my question, "STEPHEN" Cancelled the appointment - Asking me to Leave. He Suggested "I Reschedule" - I thanked the staff and Kindly asked they Discard my Information, as I would never Return! ** I can Only Recommend that Senior Citizens. RETIRED State or Military, and Disabled Veterans consider Another Business.

Sammy was very sweet and helpful. I was helped by Sammy with picking out frames and lenses but also when I picked up my glasses. Everyone there was very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend that others go to the federal way store!

My glasses had issues in the morning and I couldn't go to work. I visited this glasses store and Liz was super helpful and patient, she spent a few minutes to fixed it for me. I really appreciate that!
